Bought a BMW R nine t from Motorrad in the boucher road in November 2022.The bike was in "as new condition" when we went up to collect it the staff were brilliant very friendly & Kieran made us a coffee while we looked at the other bikes in the showroom which were all absolutely mint, BMW Bike heaven🤣🤣 I'm absolutely delighted with the bike & was the best value motorcycle of this model & year with nearly £2000 extras I could see online & sold with 2 years used warranty & still 2 years remaining on BMW warranty & breakdown recovery.Anyone in the market for a new or nearly new BMW give them a bell you won't regret it would highly recommend them to anyone.

Although the video and digital contact during regarding any further work needing to be carried out is fantastic, the fact any replies i send only goes through to one of the reps rather than being able to be accessed by all of the reps in store could mean work not being carried out if that one rep is out of office for any reason and other reps not receiving instructions for the extra work to be carried out

I am very happy with the Charles Hurst Motorrad dealership. The reason for my recent visit was the need to replace a keyless fuel cap that had failed while the bike was still under warranty. However my ongoing concern is the very high cost of replacing the cap (or other bike parts) should there be another failure after the warranty expires.

*****Amazing Customer Service***** I recently purchased panniers and a top box for my GS 1250. I was dealing with Philip Galway in the Parts department. I called to enquire about available and price for the set inc coding the locks to the bike key, Philip was very knowledgeable about the parts, I asked could he email me a quote. I finished the conversation and 2 min after hanging up the email was in my inbox. I ordered the parts and expressed my concerns about damage by the Courier. Philip went out and obtained extra bubble wrap, the boxes arrived packed to withstand a drop from space. He also coded the boxes to my key at no charge, simply because I purchased them from him. Well done the lads in Charles hurst motorrad and especially Philip, bravo excellence in customer service.

Great place for BMW bikes. Well laid out showroom. Pity it's stuck away in the back of the complex. Prices for the bikes are way cheaper than inferior Yamaha and Honda. Helpful but not in your face staff.

I recently visited Charles Hurst BMW a few times over the last six weeks and have to say the staff were excellent, nothing was too much hassle and I never felt any pressure or obligation to buy following test rides. I dealt mostly with Mark McCully who is a credit to BMW and went above and beyond to help, always making himself available for any queries I had - pretty important as I'm completely new to motorcycling. I thoroughly recommend them!

We were on a Motorcycle tour and my girlfriend's bmw started leaking coolant fluid. I thought it was the o ring on the Thermostat (again) so I called them one day before (that's when the leak occurred) and they ordered the requested parts and slipped us in the next day. The estimated price was 100 pound for about 1h duration and the ordered parts. It then took them 3 hours instead of 1 because it was not the o ring but the actual radiator. So they were trying to find and fix the leakage but were unable to. In the end I still only had to pay the agreed upon 100 Pounds (so they didn't charge me the extra time it took) and I got a free bottle of actual coolant liquid for when I have the radiator fixed (they could have replaced the radiator the next day but I was in a hurry and the radiator costs more than the bike is worth so I left with the leak knowing that I have to refill every now and then). That plus the fact that they helped us on short notice with our emergency was just super nice. Thank you very much John and the rest of the team :)
