These guys offer a genuine customer care service. I had issues with an Alpinestars suit that I bought from them over a year ago and Chan and his team went out of their way to remedy the problem and expeditiously sent me out a brand new suit! They are brilliant to communicate with and there service to me has been absolutely faultless.

Absolutely amazing. I lost my wedding ring and just on a wild long-shot I emailed them. They searched through their warehouse and went through the packages and actually found my ring buried deep inside a boot that I had returned. They went max effort to find it just on a wild off-chance; I had no hope to find it. And the real point is that the boots were excellent, when I tried on the size wasn't quite right so I ordered another size and they immediately accepted the return, no questions asked and immediate refund. They have 100% feedback rating on ebay and excellent customer service. I have total trust in these guys.

Got to tell you this guy was great. Bought helmet through ebay. Wrong size(my fault) could not have been more helpful. Purchased a new Shoei X-Spirit 3 from these guys. Couldn't be more helpful and as I knew I needed a thicker set of shoei cheekpads they ordered a set in and fitted them before it was sent out. They also still managad to deliver the helmet to my door within a couple of days. Very competitive prices, good responses to my questions, very much recommend.

Shoei X Spirit 3 listed on ebay was cheaper on website, called up to ask about this and they rectified pricing on their website in 10 minutes. receive within 3 working days as stated by there website which requires 2 working days to be shipped. Must admit I haven't visited the shop but the customer service I got has been nothing but exemplary. Bought trousers from NEC bike show from these guys ( even njoyed some bartering banter) and when I got home the size that I had chosen didn't fit the the body I now have, obviously good food at the show. Got in touch and without so much as a second thought I was told to send them back for an exchange. Sent back exchanged and returned in a week . Really good selection of all motorcycle clothing and equipment and by far the cheapest price, even with items that have recently been released! Went into the store to buy a helmet for my first bike and was helped out by a young man named Bilal. Amazing store and very well-informed staff, Bilal helped me find the right helmet for the right price and made sure I knew every important detail and safety feature of the helmet; honestly he deserves a promotion for how good of a job he's doing. 10/10 would highly recommend!

The guy who served us was super helpful, friendly and really seemed to know his stuff. Me and the Mrs got a great deal on some lovely new jeans and we even SAVED money (buying two pairs) on being able to send hers back to the online store. Highly recommend this place. It may not look like a fancy place from the outside but there's a lot of choice at good prices with really helpful staff. I'd go back there next time I need stuff and I'm in the UK for sure.

Can't understand the negative reviews. Bought a pair of boots a couple of years ago for a very good price. Returned this week and they could not have been more helpful. 3 different members of staff attended me on 2 visits and they all seemed more concerned with supplying the right kit rather than just making sales.

I found this store by chance on ebay selling an optimiser. I live not far away so decided to go down and have a look for myself. The staff were very friendly and helpful they also know what they are talking about. The prices are really good as well and the choice of stock is superb needless to say I got my optimiser and something else as well. I'm amazed I didn't know about this place! Called in about three weeks ago to look at, and maybe purchase, a Schuberth helmet after I had spoken to them on the telephone about what they had in stock and potential costs etc.. The chap serving me went to a lot of trouble to ensure the helmet was the correct one for me and agreed to the incredible price I had been given over the telephone by one of his staff. Due to my time constraints and bit of 'dithering' on my part I didn't purchase it there and then. Called in today (16th March 2016) as my journey took me close to the shop to have another look and they agreed to the previous quoted price and again went to a lot of trouble to ensure the helmet was correct. This time I did purchase it and as a result I highly recommend them for excellent customer service.

I bought some gloves from these guy's ebay shop (bikerswear_uk) and they were too tight. I contacted them and almost immediately received a friendly and courteous reply, advising me to return them for a refund. This I did and at the same time ordered the next size up. Not only was the original delivery fast, the replacement and refund were both completed in two working days. Excellent service. I have added them to my 'favourite sellers' in ebay and will definitely look there first when I want something else in bike clothing. Having read some of the negative comments, some of which are just stupid, you bought something, didn't try it on and doesn't fit? I've bought nearly all my gear from these guys and have never ever been let down by them, bsb, motorcycle live etc. Even when they are manic with customers they still have time. I had a good experience with Bikerswear. I bought an Oxford heated vest from them. After just over a year it stopped working and despite being technically out of warrantee when I contacted BW and spoke to a gentleman called Amit, he arranged for the item to be replaced without any quibbling..
