Genuinely pleased with the service from Sam and the team at Chromefix. By far the most reasonable quote I received and great turnaround time when I let them know that I needed the job done quickly. The results are stunning (and I was really pleased to see that even all of the back supporting pieces to the grill were refinished as well). Would absolutely recommend and whenever I have more chroming jobs to be done will have no need to ask around for quotes because Chromefix is the clearly the best choice.

Totally transformed a selection of ironmongery items. Sam was extremely helpful phoning me a number of times to discuss options, I opted for a aged bronze finish. When I received them back I could have genuinely have taken them for brand new and given some were old Victorian fittings with small marks and scratch’s I couldn’t believe how good they were. They can do far more than just chrome and we’re helpful and professional from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I had my steel Italian road bike frame and forks rechromed at Chromefix recently. Although I only originally wanted part of the forks and rear triangle chromed, I had to have it all done, but the price was comparible with others quoting for part chroming. My frame sprayer was happy to work with a fully chromed frame so I went ahead. I dealt with Sam and communication was good, although we had some problems with emails going into spam. The courier collection and delivery was well organised. The chrome on the frame and forks was pitted in numerous places and they now look smooth and shiny. The final finish is excellent. I am really pleased with it.

Very pleased with the quality of a re-chroming job that was done for me by Chromefix. It was a badly corroded alloy motorcycle engine cover. Very good price and the finished part returned to me in under three weeks.

Chromefix really are the best you can get. Sam and his team did a fantastic job of re-chroming a set of `beach bar` motorcycle handlebars for me. Contacted ChromeFix to get some custom pieces for a motorcycle project brass plated. Sam responded timely and professionally, price and quality of work was excellent. Parts (Side stand and headlamp bracket) look great. The headlamp brackets had very visible joining from welding, pre plating. Returned plated with no indication of welding joining whatsoever. Great work, just lacking in the customer service side, had to chase many times and never received calls/updates they said they would give me. Also received a rather expensive invoice, despite being quoted a lower price, when I challenged this the original price was honored. Very happy with the end result though.

I sent photos of my rear mudguard too various chrome restorers. One came back with an estimate so big that told me they were not interested. Another ,that it was too far gone. Chrome Fix response was positive, I sent it to them. The cost was good ,the finish was great. Thanks Sam

At last, I have found a plater for car parts who understands 'antique bronze' and can do it competently. Some of the important interior parts on a 1955 Jaguar XK140 should be finished this way, but none of the big chrome platers were interested. Chromefix did a great job, with a quick turn around and very reasonable price including stripping and polishing. Thanks!

Chromefix (aka Broadway Brass Ltd) Highly recommended. I was a bit dubious about dealing with a Company that I had no experience of, especially as the were collecting my, irreplaceable precious classic motorcycle parts, however in communication they seemed to know what they were doing and after sending them photos they quoted me a reasonable and competitive price to re-chrome the items so I arranged for them to be collected (by Fedex). My next concern was having to pay for something that I hadn't seen in order to have the parts returned. They emailed me to confirm that the parts were ready and actually charged me less than they had quoted. As I was due to make a journey traveling up the M6 I decided to make a short detour and collect the parts in person. Although unannounced I was well received by Sam and the others and found them to be a great bunch of lads, with a good sense of humour. My parts were ready and through the bubble wrap it looked like they had done an excellent job. Only minor hiccup was that they don't take credit cards, so I arranged a bank transfer from their office and brought the parts home thereafter. When unwrapped the polishing and the depth of chrome looks excellent and they make such a difference to the bike, so I would have no hesitation in rating them 5 Stars, using them again and recommending them to others.

Chromefix have now plated 2 batches of parts for my 76 motorcycle. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The workmanship is first class and the price is very competitive. The last parts which were a couple of silencers which a lot of chromers won't touch were returned quickly and like new ! More bits on the way Sam.

As there are absolutely no chromers in northern Ireland, I contacted chromefix online along with half a dozen other companies. After a prompt response to my enquiry, chromefix were able to provide me with an excellent quote. Sam at chromefix was a gentleman to deal with and updated me regularly on the progress. I had lots of parts for an old vintage car, all of which were quadruple chromed by these guys to an excellent standard. I will be using them again and would definitely reccomend them to everyone.
