Matt provided great customer service. communication was clear consistent and the deal as good as i could find. i would echo what others have observed here (notwithstanding mine was a long distance purchase) in that the team are professional, commercial and honest, but above all approachable and friendly. Finally the bike was delivered on time in an immaculate condition and the hand-over thorough. totally recommend them as enthusiasts and good guys & girls.

Visited DMC numerous occasions bought a bike from there and just had service on a different bike and all is good. Even washed my bike for me! Great customer service. Managed to get me in at short notice, sorted a software glitch left over from the previous owner and a new software package for my bike as well as a factory software update, all sorted. i had never considered a KTM before and I was skeptical when i visited DMC as i have had gixxers all of my riding life. I was greeted by David Ince who definitely knows his stuff and offered to get me out on the 1290 Super Adventure S being told that it would change my view of adventure bikes and match my gixxer fun level. i loved this bike! Dave looked after me throughout the process from test ride, answering a million questions i had through to the day i collected. I purchased a number of optional extra's which due to covid and a component shortage Dave and the team did a sterling job sourcing 95% for the day i needed to collect as I had a trip booked. What also amazed me was the length the guys at DMC went to as my panniers had not come in due to delay at KTM, they reached out to a valued customer of theirs who offered to loan me his (kudos to that man!). I have to say i am a changed man and love my Super Adventure and i couldn't have had a better team looking after me throughout the process. Thanks to all of the DMC team who chipped in!!!! I will be sticking with my 1290's for a very long time :)

I have recently purchased a MV Augusta Turismo Veloce at DMC Moto - Birmingham and felt strongly about writing this review. Firstly, the standard of service was simply superb; both Claudio and Janis were extremely knowledgeable about MV Augusta and made feel welcome from the word go. Claudio went well beyond that and accommodated my schedule, even being there on a Monday when they were not officially open. This is my first purchase of a MV Augusta and I am absolutely sold both on the brand as well as Claudio's attention to detail at DMC. A fantastic experience!

Would highly recommend these guys, super friendly staff that are always very welcoming and happy to help. Can't fault the service I've had from Matt in the service department. I've tried a couple of other KTM dealers in the midlands, have found these to be the best hands down. They have always gone the extra mile to sort out any issues I've had. Superb service! We are in the Shetland Islands and our KTM 1290 decidedTo back off her shift leaver bolt and as I downshifted I partially stripped out the shifter teeth. Being so far from home or from any KTM dealer I was a bit worried. I needed to take my beloved KTM RC125cc to be serviced. I chose DMC because of their accreditation in KTM servicing, found their business through a simple Google search... Called to arrange a pickup, spoke to a delightful employee by the name of Charlotte, who was a pleasure to talk to, and very professional. The price was right, so I went ahead with the proposition. The pickup driver was also very polite, I believe his name was David, a very punctual and easy going gentleman he was. The servicing took a few days to complete, which I had expected, and was also notified of well in advance because of the type of servicing it would be (first service). Overall I am delighted with both the customer service, and the motorbike servicing itself - and would highly recommend DMC to any biker I know! See you guys in the next few thousand miles!

They've had my Z900 since the end of january. I got knocked off it in december. They gave me a hire bike and said they were waiting for parts. I made a few complaints about how long it was taking and the answers i got made me suspicious and it's gone on all through lock down. I got my bike back today, and after chatting to the owner i've found out there were a lot of things that caused the delay. The owner seemed like a decent guy and sorted me out in the end so all is well.

What can i say about my experience with DMC..... one word and that is Brilliant. Right from the first phone call all the way through to picking up my new GTR1400. James was the man i dealt with, and a superb salesman, there was absolutely no pushing me into a sale, he gave me all the info i needed to make up my mind at my own pace. The hand over of the bike was excellent and i was made to really feel like a valued customer. James seems passionate about Kawasaki and it shows. I tried 2 other large Kawasaki dealers before i got to DMC, and to be honest they just couldn't be bothered with me, despite the fact that i told them i was a serious buyer wanting to purchase a 14 grand bike. I rang one of the companies 3 times, each time they said someone would ring me back but never did. I would say this is my.first time at DMC.im hoping they will beat BMW as there customer service was poor and that's why I'm hoping James and Claudio come.up trumps. Today 5 7.16 I've put my trust in these guys as I'm buying my ever first Kawaski GTR 1400 with out a test ride on the promise it's smooth and reliable. Initially I was told the bike In stock wad available but later informed it was already promised to a valued customer. James has promised a bike later this week. I will of course up date this review after receiving my.bike and my feelings on how this dealership has performed. Just an up date since I bought my GTR 1400. The bike runs absolutely fantastic. I've asked for handlebar raisers as I've got short arms to bring me up to a more sit up position. Unfortunately after a week I dropped the bike causing slight scratches. I immediately contacted Claudio from DMC and was told to bring it in the next day. I was surprised the shop gave me a free bike to ride when mine went in for repairs that day. There was no hassle the guys did their best and kept me up to dated. The parts was repaired and sprayed to a high standard but some needed replacing which was at a very good price. My experience with this company has been great and would recommend them now as a great dealership. Thanks Steve from Walsall Police . ..

Bought a 2016 Ninja 300 ABS motorcycle and I cant be happier with the level of customer service that I have received from them. The staff make you feel at home. You can have as many cups of tea and coffee as you like as they keep a well stocked brew area. They even keep food in the customer fridge in case of emergency hunger! It's never any trouble for them to give the chain a wipe down and grease as well as to tweak the clutch cable. I even asked them to adjust the rear brake light so it turns on with slightly less pressure input. No hesitation. Very accomodating staff. When I was waiting for adjustments to be made, one of the staff members asked me if I wanted a McDonalds! Absolutely brilliant. In addition, they paid for my taxi from Birmingham Train Station on the day I was collecting my new bike. So as a thank you for excellent customer service, I'll mention the following names for going above and beyond the call of duty: James gemeral manager for offering the McDonald's; Claudio Director for a smooth transaction and for being so attentive. Paying for the taxi, proving many accessories that 'sold' the bike to me. Very hard to complete with the offer received anywhere else; Charlotte Customer service for being polite and always willing to help regardless of how busy she is. David Acceasories for his help and patience with choosing motorbike gear. Took his time and didn't rush. Genuinely felt like I, the customer, was being well looked after. Thank you all of front of house for an amazing Kawasaki experience! Would recommend to anyone.

Had my ZZR1400 serviced there last week. My first visit to the shop as I usually go to Cradley Heath Kawasaki. I found the service at DMC excellent. New tires fitted as well at a competetive price. Even got a good discount on a helmet. Had been looking at a particular Schuberth helmet on line for a while and DMC beat the best internet price I had seen. Update on above. Took my ZZR14OO back for another service a year later. This time they couldn't fit tyres saying they didn't have the equipment? As the bike was now 3 years old it needed an MOT and they couldn't do this either. A bike dealer that can't do an MOT....Really? Also asked for contacts for someone to repair a minor scrape on the fairing and they had no idea (there are actually several companies in the West Midlands who do this). Less impressed this time.

Brought a nearly new bike fro. Here and collected two weeks later, had her first service last week and came out with engine light on, apparently a sensor has failed due to the exhaust that's on it. (It's the same exhaust that I purchased it with). Engine light was not on for the 500 miles I'd riden it. Waited a week for a call to say when it's going back in and I've had to call. No idea when sensor will be there but it is ordered and then I'm told it's probably down to me blipping the throttle response when I start it. So it seems the blame is heading my way. I've not mentioned the other faults I've had. It only went in for a 1st service.

Amazing staff that have gone above and beyond for me thay were vary accommodating on my warrenty witch was nearly out but pick my bike up and have dropped off after I had broke my leg and couldn't ride my bike to them sorted all issues and when ktm hq said not to replace something Andy was in my corner fighting it and was able to get parts cheaper then ebay witch suprised thanx to the service manger (sorry dude I can't spell your name) I cant tell you how impressed I am with there customer service if your looking for a ktm or a kawasaki dont look anywhare else I have never been treated so well thanx guys your are amazing
