What a wonderful, lovely and helpful couple! I had no idea idea trailer tents existed until I stumbled into them online. Then due to how costly new ones can be I started looking for used ones and found SWTT online. The trailer tent was in perfect condition! We got shown how to set up the bedrooms and how to fold everything back up again, they were patient and kind and even helped us on the phone later when we had a doubt about the jockey wheel. I wholly recommend SWTT!

We recently bought our first family trailer tent from the lovely couple here and the service from start to finish has been superb. Nothing was ever a problem and the knowledge they have on trailer tents is incredible. They even took the time to demonstrate to us how to set it up and pack it back up and shared all their tips and tricks they had picked up over the years. Just such an extremely helpful owner, which is so rare these days. Just so very very knowledgeable when I needed a spare wheel for a somewhat unusual trailer. Nothing was too much trouble. Although a small, family run business ... my experience just confirmed that if you are in need of true expertise then these small local businesses need our support .... just so so much better than the large impersonal and often poorly stocked large concerns.

Bought a lovely tent from Phil and his wife who took every care to make sure we got the best tent for our requirements and took the time to show us how to use it. Added to this, I received a small package of guy ropes in the post that had been left out when we collected the tent. A superb service and one to be highly recommended.
