I ordered service parts (filters, oil etc.) from the French franchise of Wemoto. Everything was ordered during a French public holiday in a Monday, so knew nothing would be processed until the Tuesday. I was hugely surprised when everything was delivered first thing Thursday morning. It was all perfectly packaged and promptly delivered by La Poste. Top marks to Wemoto and to the French postal service! I just need to knuckle down and do the service now!

I've ordered a Sprocket set & others with an online order. At first I've received badly machined Sunstar rear sprocket which has got metal shavings on it. Also I didn't like the teeth profile of the other tooth's, dont want to ruin my new DID. I've got in touch with their sales team and they (Liam) offered me to replace that with another brand without any extra cost. The day after I've received another sprocket and return envelope. This weekend job done. Really happy with their customer service.

I ordered some parts for my mt125, which included some wet and dry sheets of various grades. I got an email telling me they didn't have all the parts in stock, so they would send me what they had and post the rest when available. I received the bulk of my order within 48 hrs and then the following day received another package with 1 sheet of wet and dry in! I wouldn't have even noticed it was missing and I'm sure the postage and packing cost more than the 1 sheet they sent. Big thank you to Wemoto for their amazing service. I bought a pair of YSS shocks G-series through my bike mechanic (Traxden Motorcycles) as they had trade rates with Wemoto. The shocks started leaking after 20K, but they were still under 2-year warranty. I first contacted YSS support, but they did not even reply to my email. I then went to Traxden Motorcycles and they took a picture and sent to Wemoto. Replacement shocks came within a week and this was BEFORE we sent the faulty ones, so I was up and running with new pair of shocks within an hour. This is top-notch customer support in my book. I highly recommend this company.

Lack of communication between staff and customer. Have had to constantly chase them up on my order and get told something different each time i call, not very good customer service. Update: as much as i was not happy with the service i was initially provided what I was happy about was the way they handled the issue afterwards. Unlike majority of companies they did not shy away from the error made and in fact were incredibly apologetic. They also took it upon themselves to show my custom is valued and that is very rare these days. That alone is enough to make me want to in fact continue being a customer of theirs. Although mistakes were made initially i feel this is a company that puts the customer first and will in fact always look to ensure the customer is satisfied.

Ordered a pair of Marving silencers for my Yamaha xj 600s diversion Wednesday 13th October and delivered Thursday 14th October . Liam took my order over the phone, he was very helpful and polite. Hi all, I ordered various parts from Wemoto and I am in SHOCK !!, SPEECHLESS and OVERWHELMED, my last order was sent to me in South Africa on 7 January 2021 and arrived in country on the 10th of January 2021. After 3800 emails, yes 3800 to the South African Post office, I still havent received my parcel. I have been in constant contact with Dan from WEMOTO, he was/is extremely helpful, replied every time and this morning I got an Email that blew me out off my seat. He is resending everything via DHL for free, this is unheard off, I have never experienced anything like this. I'm always a little worried when returning items to online shops for refunds as you have to keep checking whether you have been refunded. You don't need to with Wemoto, I returned an item on a next day delivery as we use DPD through my own online business and got a refund the same day they received it back, Amazing. Can't fault them! I've used WeMoto for parts for multiple bikes, over the past few years and the vast majority of times they have what I need at a fair price, Anything to date that has gone wrong such as a slight picking error, has been resolved with absolutely minimal fuss, which has made ordering from them a breeze, and more enjoyable than other place's. My friend also orders from them with no issues as far as I'm aware, and he'd make me aware as he's a grumpy 50 year old plus biker that loves to rant. Sadly I can't rate the physical store. But the online experience has been brilliant. I have received a few freebies before as well with my order's, keyring, and post it note's, I don't know if they still do this or if they just do it from time to time, but I liked the freebies anyways :) If you like a bullet point kind of format here you go: Communication: Has been brilliant and easy, with quick response's Any Problems: I have had some incorrect item's before but it's always been Resolved very quickly with little fuss Item Delivery: Very quick and order update's are given Part's quality and packaging: Never had an issue, Well packed and good quality. Price's: I have seen lower elsewhere on some item's (not many), but sometimes when buying multiple parts it's been cheaper to just buy from wemoto, Rather than multiple place's as otherwise multiple delivery charge's get added from different store's, which can quickly add up to a lot more, than paying 2 quid more for something from wemoto. Part Choice's: My Bike is 19 years old and they supply a decent amount of parts that fit and help maintain it, so I Certainly can't complain there, however for some major component's I need to look else where, which Doesn't surprise me at all. (for example if I need new carbs) However the do supply repair kits etc, I just had some beyond that. When I had a Scooter I was able to also find bits for it as well, It was much more modern. I will update this If I ever have a truly negative experience with we moto (hopefully never happens) but for now I defiantly recommend!

By far the best motorcycle spare parts retailer l came across. The range of products they supply for pretty much any sort of motorbike is enormous! Spark plugs, exhaust systems, oils, forks, tyres, rubber grommets, mirrors, handlebars and so on... Even if you can't find what you need, they will be happy to source whatever you need. They also mainly do mail order but also have a nice little shop in Southwick for anyone to stop by and purchase on the spot. Free coffee and tea too! Nice people really.
