Had my PCX in for an MOT which failed on a warped disc from the previous owner, the guys had it fixed and back to me the same day despite me not having booked it in for work. I have been a customer for several years now because I respect their expertise and that the level of service is above and beyond anything a large dealership could offer, nice one guys see you soon.

Another swift MOT! Les & John have worked on my bike covering numerous things for years. Highly recommended & personally won’t go anywhere else.

Cheap and quick service. Went in for an mot for my 125 and took less than 20 minutes. Had one major advisory that the chap sorted within 10 minutes. In total less 50 for a mot and advisory sorted. Will be going here again.

First time going to these guys today. Excellent service. Dealt with promptly and politely and professionally. Adding a spot of lube to my dimmer button was a good touch as it was sticking and would not be good news for the MOT. Also discovered when I rode off that they had also splashed some lube on my kickstand for good measure as it was a bit stiff. Nice touches that add a bit of class to already excellent customer service. Top marks all round and I would recommend without hesitation.

Can't praise these guys enough... Always take my bike here and they always do a great job. They work fast and have always been very competitive on price, and the customer service is the best in town. Last time I used them I had an annoying electrical fault that I thought would be difficult to track down, but they had it sorted in no time. 10 out of 10!

After reading the reviews, I thought sound too good to be true but went ahead and wanted to see first hand. Popped in to book, the location is a little hidden, and the guys were friendly and helpful, quick efficient at taking booking. They were busy, generally a good sign, but as I had time before my mot was due I went ahead and booked bike in for annual service and mot. Dropped off bike in morning and asked if i could collect during lunch rather than after work. Got a SMS informing me bike was ready. Went to collect and happy days. Price as quoted, which is good, and they replaced the front brake fluid. Bike was sparky clean and steering bearing was lubricated (I guess as steering feels very free and no residence). Highly recommended on price and service and will definitely be returning for any future work. Ps first time owning a bike so not tried other garages but happy with this place so not worth looking around for other garages to try on future.

Have used Bike Doc a number of times now for both my R6 and 1098s. Their knowledge, price and customer service is absolutely bang on! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Have used a fair few of the other bike garages in Bristol prior to finding these guys (having been recommended by Pro Tyre), and needless to say... Bike Doc is all I shall be using going forward!

I have a harley sportster 1200 that needed new plugs and the rear brake sorting and suspected Riders would charge me extortionate amounts. Never been to Bristol Bike doc before but the staff were brilliant. Changed my rear brake slave cylinder as well as the plugs and general service. Called me up beforehand to lay out options but were honest in that it's my best bet to replace it. My bike is never dirty anyway but they still cleaned it and actually got off some of the dirt I usually can't (marks on the engine fins etc.) Charged me £318.00 in total as reference to what they're prices are like. I'd hazard a guess that's a damn sight cheaper than Riders or Fowlers. If you want a no bullsh*t job done quickly and at a good price - give them a call.

Happy with the service I received from these guys, went in for a new front tyre and had the bearings done. They cleaned up the caliper and the bike, it looks brand new and sounds sweet. Great job!

Gave a reasonable quote (the cheapest I could get in town) and stuck to it. And they picked up the bike from my home (after it failed to start) with only a small additional cost. MOT was half price (apparently they do this for all bikes serviced there). The bike was sparkly clean when they'd finished (even my wife had good things to say about that) and it started first go and is running smooth as silk. And I keep finding they've fixed small things I never mentioned - a sign of people who care about their work! I will definitely go back!!

Bought a SV1000 from a dealership in Plymouth, had a coolant leak and couldn't see from where so took it into Bike Doc. They found it quickly, turned out the fan had been rubbing very slightly against the rad core over time and had made a hole. Bike Doc got it sorted quickly and even gave me a range of options covering different price points rather than just doing the most expensive! Absolutely brilliant service! Also, had my valve clearances done here on my previous YZF600, once again work carried out quickly, to a very high standard and at a very competitive price!

Took my Kawasaki for service and MOT, certainly knew their stuff. Excellent service and it came back cleaned and polished. Would recommend these guys over Bristol Kawasaki any day.

I have had a few bikes worked on at all ages.. Took my 20 year old Gixxer to have a full service, valve clearanes and brakes done. Can't fault these guys, very polite and courteous over the phone and at the sales desk. Quality where it matters is what you will get from them. I will never go to BRISTOL KAWASAKI or FOWLERS ever again,they are both in it for the money and not for the love of motorcycles. If you live in bristol and own a motorcyle you care about, you will be mad if you don't get down to BRISTOL BIKE DOC. You won't be dissapointed. 5 Stars from me. Long may it continue..
