I was interested in completing the rookie to rider course and from the start the team here have been great in helping me get onto and past the course and tests, get the correct kit that I need, and most importantly get me my bike the F750 GS exactly as I wanted it, thanks again to Mike! Having been on the bike since june and done a lot of mileage I booked in a health check with Matt to help with the chain maintenance and it was done free of charge! As always, amazing service. Went there today for a £2.29 screw but unfortunately managed to get a puncture about 1 mile away. Rolled in at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon and Ian couldn’t have done more to help. 45 mins later, new tyre fitted and I was on my way. Perfect!! Purchased a new bike from them 3 years ago and have and always had it serviced with them. I always find them a very friendly, efficient and professional. And even being a BMW main dealer find the servicing prices on a par with other reputable bike garages. A free loan bike makes it easy to drop off your bike and be on your way. Or they can even pick your bike up from home. I would highly recommend them.

I have to say that these guys on Bristol showroom are exceptional! I have bought my last two bikes from them and nothing is too much trouble. Ian and the team in the service department go out of their way to help you and they give honest advice and feedback. Whenever I have had a question or just needed something checked, they have been on it and sorted it immediately. Last year with covid causing disruption, I had a recall on my K1600 which they still managed and provided me with a voucher for the inconvenience of waiting which wasn't even down to them but they recognised an opportunity to show excellent customer service. Both Ian and Joe make you very welcome and it's a small thing but remembering names and just asking how it's going makes all the difference. When I bought my latest bike, Mike in sales was brilliant. Dirty/wrong fuel issue (by me, don’t ask!), this dealer had it sorted in super quick time at a fraction of the price I expected. Forget any stereotypes, they were straight to the point, there was no sales pitch or sucking of teeth, they did exactly what was needed and had me back on the road pronto. They also kept me in the loop at all times so I always knew what was going on and even had the bike delivered home (30+ miles) the same evening the work was finished, outstanding service and fully recommend to all

Always get good service here, yes I bought a bike. Been through first service, and ready for the few thousand miles. My first taste was through an invite to ride on of the new models out last year, this was arranged and carried out with no pressure and a good timed ride allowance. Was allowed a 2nd test ride with the wife to make sure she was comfortable with the bike, and the sale went with no hassles and lots of free hot chocolate, you don't need to buy a bike to partake of the drinks, honest. Work completed in good time, courtesy bike always available if needed.

Recently had my second service on my pride and joy S1000RR. I hate the thought of anyone touching my bike but these guys were brilliant! very thorough, professional and love the bikes they’re working on. I travelled quite a distance to use them after checking out various reviews and I will certainly be using them in the future. Whilst Bmw will try and tell you all dealers are the same high standard, I believe this one is a cut above the rest. I've used Dick Lovett's at Bristol since they originally opened, and have just purchased a new GSA from them at a good price . The team are helpful and friendly and knowledgeable, the work undertaken is good. The "new" (been open since around 2011-12) showroom / maintenance facility is excellent.... they also provide refreshments and most weekends there are cakes! Great location, if you need to do some shopping whilst the bike is being serviced..... Cribbs Causeway shopping centre is nearby (watch the spend....). Would I recommend them....umm....YES!

Visited the motorrad last week to purchase my s 1000 xr, I was pleasantly greeted by a charming bald fellow. From the off it was apparent he knew his stuff , with a extensive knowledge of the hibernation or continuation package to hand. Safe to say I ended up riding out the showroom on the new baby. The bike itself is amazing my success rate on tinder has increased by 7 17% since purchasing the bike. I do find it uncomfortable for trials so wouldn't recommend the s 1000 for that. If you're looking for an unparalleled knowledge of bike me then look no further than motorrad, make sure you ask for Joe, he was a real diamond.

Ok so you think buying a BMW motorbike is expensive but when you weigh up the cost with the after care, servicing and the customer service you get from all the staff at Dick Lovetts, it’s worth evey penny. I’m on my 5th R 1200 RT. The last two I’ve bought from Dick Lovetts. On both occasions I have been looked after from start to finish with the buying experience and after sales. I’ve compared other similar touring bikes from the other big dealers and competitors but none comes up to the high standards I have received at Dick Lovetts. They also have a high commitment to the BMW bike club with their support. I’m currently touring New Zealand on an R1200RT with 2 other BMW club members. That’s how good we think the bikes are. !

would just like to say how helpful a member of your staff was yesterday monday 20th february. I didnt get the guys name wish i had so i could mention him, hopefully this will find him. i enquired about a top box for a bmw f800 gs adventure. when looking on the internet the only information it had was upto a 2016 model and i was looking for a 2017 model and no one could clarify that the model was the same and if the top box for a 2016 would fit the 2017 model. your sales person said he would find out and give someone a call to find out if the model had changed significantly or not. i had a call just after 6.30 last night to say he hadnt forgotten and the top box for a 2016 f800 would fit. so thank you so much. excellent member of your team.
