Proper old school place. Guy may not have been to charm school but once you get chatting to him he's a top man, does a great job at a fair price. He knows his stuff and does a great job which is what I want, can't ask for any more. Sounds like a few Woke's have got offended and left bad reviews, ignore them!!

Good quality customer service here, which is difficult to find these days. Booked my bike in for an MOT and within 3/4 of an hour all done. Had a chance to visit a local cafe where I had a breakfast and a coffee. Also visited this morning to get a bike chain that was in stock. Proprietor Tom is a welcoming person and always good for a chat. Will definitely call again, thanks Tom 👍👍

Don't be fooled into thinking you're getting a pretty little, smiley receptionist, and a few mechanics behind the curtain. He is who he is, and he'll see you right. Good rate of service and actually a very nice chap. I do my own mechanical work, so no comment on that side. Passed my tatty old ZZR600 MOT earlier this year. Better pass it again next year!

Have been going to TNR for 30 years (Lodge Causeway and City Road previously). Always had great service at a reasonable price. I've seen less than flattering reviews about customer service and manners, but despite this sometimes grumpy exterior underneath is an honest hard working sole trader. I've recommended him to many friends, forewarned them about the greetings they may get but always have had great feedback. My go to dealer for an MoT and basic service.

Tommy’s a great chap has helped me out many times on my smaller bikes when I started riding , he Is proper old school , hence gets misunderstood by some customers
