Very helpful staff. Had a problem with my throttle and they sorted it very quickly. I could not be more happy with their customer service and the timely manner they done my repair. If i had to recommend a motorbike shop then Ultimate Bikes is the first choice.

I bought a Honda VFR750F rc36 1996 reg from Ultimate Bikes in June this year and it was delivered to my door on June 11. I had visited the showroom initially to look at a different bike, but the guys were happy for me to spend time browsing similar bikes until I eventually chose this VFR. The bike was a great price, when taking into account their 3 month guarantee and it was in great condition for a 26 year old machine. 41,000 miles is nothing for these bikes if they have been looked after, and this one had all the service history, paperwork, toolkit and manual included. They even included the stock exhaust as a 3rd party pipe was fitted. I have to say that after 2.5 months of riding this bike almost every day I cannot find fault with it. Last week I didn’t ride at all because of bad weather and so yesterday I was concerned about the battery condition after leaving it for 6 days in the garage. It started up first time, the battery showed no sign of losing any charge. I would definitely buy from Ultimate Bikes again, they seem to know how to source great examples of classic bikes. Thanks!

Decided to take the plunge and treat myself to a new bike, I have to say the lads are great down there and are very helpful. I purchased a vfr1200x crosstourer and I'm chuffed to bits with it, some very minor cosmetic blemishes but the bike itself is solid. I would happily recommend these guys in a heartbeat. "Edit on the original review" I took the bike to my usual mechanic as I had some mods planned to upgrade the bike, he found the front right for stanchion gouged and needed to be replaced, it wasn't leaking but it would be a fail point in the near future. I might add that he only spotted it when he had the forks apart for the service. The guys at ultimate bikes wouldn't have seen this issue before I bought it. At the time of purchase I bought the warranty as it was late in the year and I knew my mechanic wouldn't be able to have a look over it till the new year. I contacted Mike and the team and even though the part was very expensive they purchased me a new fork leg at no cost to myself and fitted it all under warranty. I have to say this and make it clear as not enough people put on good reviews when they are deserved. These guys really care for the customer and will go that extra mile for you. I wouldn't by a bike from anywhere else!

Having spent ages travelling around looking for a Harley and finding that they didn't look anything like the adverts described I nearly never went to see this one. Luckily we were on holiday just 10 miles away so popped in to look. I'm so glad that I did as the bike was every bit as good as the advert suggested. I was impressed with the service on the day .... happy to pull the bike out for me and show me the paperwork but I didn't feel pressurised to buy. The delivery was undertaken by a lovely guy called Dave who was really pleasant and professional. Having travelled from Bristol to Uttoxeter I was so glad it arrived in perfect condition.....even better than expected as I had seen the advisory for cracks in side wall of front tyre and was extremely grateful that it had replaced it with a brand new Harley tyre ....excellent service! Most genuine bunch of guys I've met. I bought a BMW that developed a fault on the ride home. When I called them, they bent over backwards to help. They immediately offered recovery and a full refund if I wanted. The fault turned out to be something simple to fix and they offered to pay for the repair. The bike turned out to be fantastic. Triumph Street Triple R 2009 Noticed this guys were local and popped in whilst looking for a newer bike. Fantastic stock, super friendly and experienced staff. A week later purchased the bike, super helpful through the finance process and helped to get it through with difficulty with address as I'd just moved! The bike had a small defect in the fly/wind deflector at the front, after 2 weeks of hunting to find a part that we now know is obsolete they refunded the cost of the part. Seriously can't thank the staff enough for all there help. I will be returning to upgrade the Striple R when the time comes.

I'd been searching on the internet for a clean original Gen 1 Aprilia Mille for two years. I found 3 Mille's advertised on eBay at Ultimate Bikes. I called Mike for some more close up photos of the one similar to the bike I'd owned one 2 years ago, and 2 weeks later I got chance to travel from Oxfordshire to Bristol at the end of January on my Kawasaki. Always go look is my advise. ALWAYS! Not exactly bike buying season but nothing was stopping me! I arrived, was offered a coffee, the bike was pulled out of the line up and fired up. I was offered to look through the history and paperwork. He offered a new battery and 2 new tyres as they were on the MOT advisory in the price (They replace anything on the Advisory as stated in the advert). He also managed to find a standard silencer and gave me that free too! I thought about the deal all day Sunday, shall I shan't I, and called Mike and agreed on the px deal Monday morning. I collected it the following Saturday on a rather windy day. Bike ran well too, I did a 128 mile round trip back through Gloucestershire. A week later the speedo sensor failed, just one of those things, I had no readout but a call to Mike and a new one was in the post and arrived 2 days later. So after 3 weeks, I can say so far, it's been a very good experience. *Update..... Bike still running faultlessly 9 months and 4000 miles later.*

Bought a 2006 aprilia tuono even though it was not what I originally went to view. The bike was immaculately presented and was ready for collection when they said it would be. Loads of choice there and some really nice bikes and although they were very busy, I was dealt with asap. It is a shame that you can't test ride the bikes properly beforehand but because of the return policy, I wasn't too worried as it can easily be returned if there is a problem. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

Bought a used 2001 Suzuki SV650N online. Wasn't sure as it was over the net. Mike assured me the bike was in excellent condition. Martin explained the bike in detail to me & I was convinced. Even better it had extremely low mileage! Bike was fully MOT'd, serviced & cleaned after I put down a small deposit. I was not asked to pay a further penny until the bike was ready for delivery. I have been looking for a Bandit Mk1 1200 for ages! The internet is littered with them without MOT or no V5 and some times not even running. These guys not only had one that was competitively priced, they bent over backwards to make sure the bike was right. For instance the bike needed a new front tyre as it was low but still a pass for an MOT. They replaced it and sorted out any little issues the bike had, plus changed the oil. Bike was delivered to me within two days, fresh MOT, lovely paint and ready to ride. I have brought a few bikes in my time and never received such good service from a company.
