I have contacted and used Unity road motorcycles a few times now and really don’t understand the minority negative reviews. All contact I have had has been bang on, great communication, clear, and honest. As well as service booked in I had my brake light staying on and they offered to sort that immediately if I could pop over so I didn’t miss out on the Easter sun. Great work as well, thank you 👍

Recommended motorcycle garage. Tucked away in workshops found down a back road. Owner John was very helpful, sorting a headlight issue and tyre repair. When I had a problem, Customer service was put first. Competitive pricing on servicing and Mot’s when compared with other garages I looked at, Customer waiting area available.

I was selling my bike and after listing it decided I wanted to sell it with a full MOT for both my and the buyer's peace of mind. Called up Unity Road based on their website saying they can usually turn around MOTs quickly and their reviews on here, and asked what was the earliest they could get me in, overjoyed to hear they had a slot the following day. Took it in, got my test done, bike sold in the afternoon. Great friendly service. Sometimes I find you call garages they can be hard work to deal with. No problem here. Bittersweet ride to and from the garage but that wasn't their fault! Cheers all.

Best garage I've ever used! Came to collect my bike exactly when they said (more than 2 weeks sooner than other garages I'd called), diagnosed the issue and called up exactly when they said, having already locally sourced the parts, then before the call was over, had already sent someone to collect the parts. (And of course fixed my bike quickly and at a very reasonable price)

Booked for an Mot , received a slot the next day . came in 30 mins early yet they still started the mot as soon as I was in. Was done within 30 mins and a plus they changed a bulb for me free of charge. I really rate them and would go again they were quick professional and efficient.

Fantastic service....was visiting the Bristol bike show on recently purchased Honda 650 SLR. On arrival saw that had a significant oil leak from oil seal coming unseated...give these guys a call on saturday afternoon and sorted it for me with no fuss . I honestly can't say enough about how well I've been looked after by John and everybody at Unity Road over the last couple of years. When I got my first bike I took it to be serviced and checked over; I was very happy with everything and rode off into the sunset. Six months later I returned to sort out my MOT and John, remembering me, observed that I had got free chain and rear socket out of the last deal as they had forgotten to bill me for it (I was such a biking newbie at that point that I did not notice there was a new chain and just rode off). When I took out my card to pay he would not hear of taking any money, “No, that was our fault.” You don't forget stuff like that. I also remember how patient they were with me back in the early days when, really having no idea how to look after my bike, I turned up with a nice ride corroding from lack of attention whilst being ridden during the winter. I was obviously clueless so they made me a cup of tea and patiently explained how, and how often, the chain and sprockets needed to be cleaned, how important it was to wash her down every couple of weeks and the best products to use to protect my baby from road salt and rain – and they didn't make me feel daft for not knowing any of this either, just really nice helpful people. After my experience there I'd very happily recommend them to anybody.

I don't do many reviews as to my mind if you get decent service that is actually what you SHOULD get and expect, so what's the point in writing about it? It's only when something goes very wrong/ goes very right/ or is consistently very good that I feel the need to vent my thoughts. This place has the latter quality. Let's get one thing straight, I hate taking my bike in to a shop to have anything done to it. I hate the thought of big fat grubby sweaty fingers mauling and pawing at it while....anyway lets just say I don't like the thought of it and do most work on it myself OK? I have taken my bike to this place a few times now and amazingly.....(I still can't quite believe I am saying this of a bike shop) I have grown to trust them. OK so the shop isn't full of gleaming bikes to look at, you can't get a full English breakfast there or be dazzled by the charm of your new best mate (who just happens to be trying to sell you a bike). What you will get though is great friendly service, decent pricing, honest opinions, and good honest workmanship. So there you go, if you have to have someone maul your bike (OK I admit it, I may of got carried away with the fat grubby sweaty fingers bit, my imagination is a curse sometimes ) this place gets my vote, for what it's worth.

With all aspects of motorcycle repairs covered including tyre fitting and MOTs it's a one stop shop at reasonable prices. They also stock a large selection of generic spares.

Ignore the one star review, it's nonsense. Unity Road is a busy bike shop for all the right reasons, I have used them for years and they are always helpful. Just don't expect them to drop everything to sort your bike ahead of every body else !
