I went in this place yesterday, the guys was amazing. Spoke to one guy who filled me in on advice about my big bike test really friendly and put my mind at rest and answered all my questions . They shown me round an gave me info on many bikes I asked about. It was like talking to a mate than a salesman. Really helpful and easy to talk to. Travelled to derby to purchase my first ever bike. Had spoken to mark on Monday ( shop closed ) and he answered all my questions on his day off.. when I arrived they spent almost two hours answering questions, talking me through maintenance and giving advice ... Nothing was to much trouble. No hard sell.. no pressure to buy extras. You can tell why this is an elite dealership. Will be going back when I’m ready for change but for now.. I love my Vulcan 🖖 . I was advised to go to Derby Kawasaki after struggling to get on with a geared lesson. Wanted to buy a Kawasaki Z125 as this was the bike i was having my lessons on and i felt this would be the most sensible path to go with until i was fully competent to take my licence test and progress to a bigger engine. As i walked through the doors i noticed everyone was busy so i kindly asked the Technician Engineer would they have a Z125 available ? He more or less stopped what he was working on and took me to see the bikes outside and gave me a quick rundown on what they've got and showed me a Z125. Very helpful and i felt he went beyond his job role to try his best to support me with my questions. He even went back into the shop and asked if it was still available and how much. After introducing me to one of his colleagues who could help me further i decided i would buy my bike helmet from here too, just going on the first initial experience as i entered them doors i knew this was a business built on customer service. Very detailed engaging conversion on what sort of bike helmets they had and what would be best for me.. at no point was there any pushy sales pitch. Just felt he was very Knowledgeable courteous and had a pleasant mild manner about him. Once decided on my accessories i then was presented to the Sales Consultant. Yet again fantastic ! welcoming, friendly and professional. Really just captured me how they all worked as a unit striving for premium customer service. Finally the Manager, a credit to his profession showed genuine interest and truly gave me a very competitive deal. I can only congratulate Derby Kawasaki for the service they delivered. From start to finish this was a glowing example on how team ethics striving for the best for the customer, results in a customer experience that is the benchmark that every business should aim for. OUTSTANDING !!!!

Excellent service, by fault of myself I put my bike in limp home mode ABS fault. At very short notice the guys told me to come along and they would reset the dash. Promptly seen to, given a cup of tea and the bike ecu reset also helped load the bike into my van. All for no cost. The best service I’ve had. Please use these guys.

Few places are on the ball these days but this place is the exception Big one for me is do they make you feel like you're they're number one customer, big tick in that box. Did I get a good deal, tick in that box too. Do they know they're stuff, three ticks and a gold star in that box. These guys have green blood in they're vains, so if you want a Kawasaki I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Took my bike here after having an intermittent starting problem after cradley kawasaki had had the bike for a week and a half and "couldn't find the fault " Derby kawasaki phoned me just as I got home to say we have found the fault the ignition barrell is faulty parts arrived Tuesday fitted Wednesday phoned me Thursday to say its fixed tested ready and even cleaned The most down to earth kawasaki dealer iv ever dealt with unlike cradley who all look down their nose at you and are if I'm brutally honest all stuck up cnuts I know where I'll be taking my bike in future and I'll be buying my next bike from them too Great service great communication friendly staff would reccomend to all !!!!!

I Can't recommend Derby Kawasaki Highly enough. Jack in the Sales Team was..sorry Is a great guy to deal with, Nothing too much trouble arranged everything from sale to delivery and dealing with the V5 transfer. and then there was Mark, The service Manager who delivered the Bike himself. nearly 4 Hours and about 300 Miles to me and back. And he still had time to chat and explain about the Bike. Certainly knows Kawasaki inside out... I am now seriously thinking about taking the bike back there for all servicing work. Even if it means that long journey and an overnight stay.
