We had just the best service from Jake at Derbyshire Quads, whilst on a charity Quad ride around Britain we broke down in Glossop at 4.30pm. By 4.45pm Jake had ordered a new part to arrive the next day, he came and recovered our 2 quads. The following day after a quick repair we were back on the road, back on schedule. Many thanks to a great Team, truly great customer service.

5 star service throughout... Cannot say enough good about this place! Jake and the team gave me all the time in the world when I wanted to work on my first Polaris that I DIDN’T even BUY from them! Quad biking is my thing and I was sure to enjoy this event regardless, however My wife was v worried about it esp for our 10 yr old. She thought it wouldn’t be right for him. How wrong was she! My wife was blown away by the care and the careful attention given by the team leaders. They made us all feel so at ease and literally built up the confidence of my 10,11 and 12 yr olds.. they were blown away by the incredible experience as we all were ! Definitely would recommend!

Im in the motor trade fixing cars not ATV's so its hard trying to get help with parts etc when its the unknown. The UK polaris people weren't very helpful,their website was being updated and they wouldn't let me order over the phone so i rang these guys. Between us got all the bits i needed plus some extra info sent on e mail with torque settings etc. The price was more than fair and i cant thank them enough for their friendly service. 👍

Phoned up Derbyshire quads on a last resort recommendation for a rear cv hub for my polaris outlaw that I couldn't find anywhere. not even second hand. Spoke to Jake over the phone and he some how worked his magic and found me not just the part I needed but a whole rear end. for an unbelievably good deal aswell. Highly recommend the good friendly service and the help they give just on the phone. nothing was hidden and he even sent pictures through email to verify it's what i was after before ordering it.

A excellent couple of hours riding a quad bike around the wonderful Derbyshire country side. The site offers a number of outdoor activities all year round for yound and old, individual or groups. Laser tag, paint ball, archery and quad biking. Regards quads, meet & greet, safety video followed by a practical demo, then off you go while it's follow the instructor they really do make sure you all get the best out of the session and have as much safe fun as possible. Excellent.

The only guys to use. The guys at Derbyshire quads never fail to go above and beyond to help out. I've had several dealings with them this year and wouldn't go anywhere else now. Despite being over an hour and a half away from us it's worth the distance for the customer service.

Not one for leaving reviews but these guys definitely deserve a cracking review and they deserve more than 5 but can only put a maximum of 5 lol they go above and beyond to help you no matter what your needs are they take the time to ask you what you’ll be using the quad for, your budget etc. Then they find the perfect quad always make time to help you would highly recommend to anyone definitely be using again in the near future 🙂
