Wonderful store with lots of bikes to see, Originally wanted to buy a bike on credit but they asked that I being a parent in before I can complete my order. Given i am 21 I found this rather degrading and insulting so I ended up just buying it in cash. But other than that staff was nice and informative.

Great at sales for any bike with Neil and David, but aftercare and customer service is becoming more satisfactory, customer satisfaction becoming more of a priority. I would recommend the Glasgow Triumph centre over the Edinburgh site. But the Honda guys definitely have it good at Edinburgh.

Great showroom, well placed bikes on show & loads of choice, Callum is one of the sales staff who I found to be really helpful and informative..... Robert helped me choose my Tiger that I decided on, very helpful and easy transaction, even got my bike a lot sooner than expected, service department is outstanding, arrived soaking wet for the bikes 1st service, was supplied with many cups of coffee free of charge and offered to dry my clothing out, fantastic experience at Two Wheels, everyone is so friendly, best customer care experience, thanks guys and hope to see you again soon 👍....but not too soon 😉

Excellent service. Arranged a courtesy bike and on arrival advised that there may be a delay in completing the work due to staff sickness. Confirmed when it was convenient for me to collect and that courtesy bike was mine until my bike was ready. Managed to complete the work despite staff shortage and price was good as well. Went through full details of work undertaken at service and any issues found.

Probably the best motorcycle dealership in Scotland. Top-tier brands, lovely selection of used bikes, fully stocked clothing department and high quality workshop. Most importantly, the staff are all bikers and they have always been friendly, knowledgeable and easy to speak with. I don't go anywhere else now.

Buying a new bike remotely from a dealer you've never visited was a concern. However 2 Wheels made the whole process so straightforward, simple and stress free. No pushy sales, it was very relaxed, they kept us informed and even managed to sneak an early slot for PDI so we had the bike delivered before Christmas. David and Stuart are most excellent people to deal with including sorting out fiddly admin post sales with the same positive responsive attitude. We would certainly do business with them again.

I got a new Honda CMX500 Rebel from Two Wheels. David Lawson was really helpful as someone returning to riding after over 10 years. I have really enjoyed the bike and found the service really friendly. I'd highly recommend Two Wheels. Updated 30/10/19: I've now had my bike just over a year and the bike has been in for a warranty repair and it's just had its first major service. Each time I've been in, the Service team have been really helpful, explaining he work done and providing tips on ongoing care and maintenance. I'm not new to motorbiking, but am always happy to take advice. Through the guys at Two Wheels I've discovered the joys(protective properties) of ACF50 and need for proper chain maintenance. A ScotOiler is good but you still need to clean and lube the chain - that's me told in a polite and respectful way :-) ! I can't recommend Two Wheels enough and have also enjoyed the loan bikes which have provided much food for thought. Maybe next time you can loan me a Triumph Bobber Black :-) ! Keep up the good work guys.

I’m reviewing the service department here. In short they are brilliant. Efficient and confidence inspiring. Always look up the technical service bulletins and make sure that work is done. Will go the extra mile to make things work (like when I got them to fit lights to my Africa Twin and the brackets weren’t in the kit) Rather than just giving up and passing it back to me, team came up with a great solution so they could get the job done. Always give really advice and give you a nice clean bike back. I have two Honda bikes and am glad I have a great service centre close by.

.hi, just a little mention for both motorcycle instructors kriss, & fraser i have just finished cbt training [a lot of cbt training] both intructors have shown a lot of patience & understanding in teaching so very grateful to both. on another point i don't think i would have bought my bike @ two wheels or my friend for that matter had it not been for the training we received . i will certainly recommend them to anyone learning to ride a bike .

Bought my bike and clothing here, get my bike serviced here, and did the training (and tests) for my catA motorcycle license here. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, servicing has always been spot-on. With particular regard to the training school; the guys are really good, training for a licence isn't always going to be fun or exciting (you're gonna have bad days), but the instructors work really hard to keep you focused and motivated. In short they've got the balance of 'carrot and stick' down to a fine art. I can wholeheartedly recommend them for any of your motorcycling needs. If you've never been on a bike before and like the idea, this is a great place to start.

Very cheap, great service, go out there way for you, but not too pushy, “RECOMMEND” 10/10. And I have only got my CBT and used Honda two Wheels roughly for 7–8 months. Took my new bike in for its first service and was greeted by friendly staff who gave me lots of tips and information before hand. I asked some non related questions that they answer without hesitation too. When I picked up my bike I was given a point by point breakdown of what had been done to my bike, what to look out for and that it was given a clean bill of health. They even gave it a really good clean before giving me it back!

Huge range of bikes and accessories here. I like this shop since there isn't the pressure from sales staff constant hsbgjng over you and trying to push you into the latest deal or sale. Full range of second hand bikes of all makes and models. Also sell decent range of clothing, armour and bike accessories. Parking is definitely bike only. Cars are best left out in the street.

In regards to the training school, I can't rate high enough. I completed my cbt this morning and the training I was given was excellent. Mark, Chris and Fraser are top notch instructors and even managed to get me... A person with little self-confidence through the cbt. They are insightful and will not push you to do anything you can't do but if they know you can achieve it they will encourage you fulfil your potential. They seem genuinely happy and proud when students advance in their riding and that inspires students to get better. Not judgemental, not condescending, every week we worked on safe and controlled riding and it pays off! I will definitely be back for my full licence.

Completed my DAS with Fraser at Two Wheels and couldn't be happier. Passed first time and exceptional training beyond just passing the test. Very fair but firm teaching got me through the test with no minors on Mod 1 and one minor on the test. I'm a much safer driver on the bike as well as the car now and just waiting for the right bike to come up. Couldn't thank enough and highly recommend Fraser and Chris. Cheers guys!!! This is not a bad review staff were very good and loads of bikes in stock came through to test ride a new Motorcycle....please put some petrol in the bike I don't mind paying up front , im not familiar with riding in Edinburgh wasted half an hour riding about in heavy traffic looking for a petrol station. Wasted the experience for me I'm afraid and put me off buying the bike .

The guys at Two Wheels are awesome. They respect your needs and the pace you want to work at and there's no pressure to do anything you don't want to do. The training is of a high standard with work on both the on and off road parts of your test taking place under close guidance. On road training takes place with debriefing sessions after every 20-30 minutes or so, meaning that you can notice your mistakes and improve throughout the session. As mentioned in a previous review there is no sexism. Everyone is treated in the same friendly and supportive manner, and as a female I would happily recommend Two Wheels to any of my female friends without a hesitation.

Visited this place a lot over the years they have two parts to the showrooms one for triumph and the large one for Honda and other secondhand bikes, lately it seems to be on a backward slide with the most of the long term staff leaving which is a shame plus the triumph showroom being closed twice when I paid a visit and having to go over to the other showroom to get someone to let you in to have a look the triumph bikes not a good idea if I say so.

Die Crew von Honda Two Wheels war freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit beim Austausch des Bremshebels, beim Richten des verbogenen Fußbremspedals und die Kette wurde nach langem Regen auch noch gesprayt. Absolut fantastic. (Translated) We had a crash with a Honda Hornet. The Honda Two Wheels crew were friendly and extremely helpful with replacing the brake lever, fixing the bent footbrake pedal and spraying the chain after a long rain. All the work just before the lunch break and at a reasonable price. Hats off. Highly Recommended... The staff was friendly, competent, quick... and all that with a low price. Absolutely fantastic.
