I have used other Scottish Mottorad service centres however in my opinion East Kilbride provide the best experience to date and are Scotlan's Number 1 Mottorad establishment. Ich war in Folge einer Schottland Rundtour dort. Mein Reifen war abgefahren und ich wäre damit eventuell nicht mehr zuhause angekommen. Angerufen und 12 Stunden später hatte ich einen neuen Hinterreifen drauf. (vor Ort nicht ganz 1 Stunde nur gewartet) Ja es war sicher auch etwas Glück dabei, aber ein super Service und sehr nett + hilfsbereit. Kann ich daher sehr empfehlen. Und preislich kein (kaum) Unterschied zu Zuhause. (Translated) I was there as a result of a tour of Scotland. My tire was worn and I might not have gotten home with it. Called and 12 hours later I had a new rear tire on. (Not quite 1 hour just waited on site) Yes, there was certainly a bit of luck involved, but great service and very nice + helpful. I can therefore highly recommend it. And in terms of price there is no (hardly) difference to home.

I needed an urgent copy of a locking wheel nut for my older 6 series alloy, the staff saw me straight away and attended to the wheel, I was expecting a bill, maybe even a hefty bill given the speed of attendance, I was waived away and told to have a good day! Completely restored my faith in the bigger service centres, I'll be back.

Just had my EGR valve replaced here. Car showing the symptoms most have reported on the web (March 2017 520D touring). I was fully prepared for an expensive day. Car wasn't bought at parks, no warranty either. However 4 years old and 13.5K miles with FSH. Parks arranged a goodwill gesture to help with the cost of replacing the EGR valve as it was showing as sticking. Doing this more than halved my expected bill. Quite unexpected as at most I thought maybe £50 towards it. I'll be happy to get a quote for my service in 5 months time from them. Thanks again.

So friendly, always happy, they're a wee family that welcomes you in and looks after you. Great friendly staff however disappointing work carried out, not what I expect from BMW having been a customer for 11 years with 2 new bikes and now looking to replace with another new one. Bike went in for a service and came back with new damage. Couldn't prove it was them that caused it so had to pay 50% to get the damaged part fixed, screws not correctly tightened and fell off on ride home. Real shame as they have been brilliant in the past.

Can't fault the place. They do pick ups and drop offs while your car is getting serviced. But if you hang about plenty of choice on refreshments. Not as cheap as an independent but that's because BMW seem to have standardised their pricing.

Very poor service from this BMW Motorrad, I had too many problems to list here, I thought it would be simple I knew which bike i wanted and what extras I wanted but they made hard work of it I got my bike without any extras fitted and told they would be done at 600 mile service UPDATED July 2018 I have been back for two services since buying new last year and they have been fine no problems and was given a courtesy bike to use for the day. Took my 3-series for a brake fluid service, and got to say was surprised how quick and easy it was. Only downside was when I booked online, the website gave me a date they couldn't honour. But they picked up on this quickly, calling me the next day to give me alternative arrangements. The service itself took slightly less time than expected - check in was quick, simple and very hygienic - and I was particularly impressed to get both a text and email linking to a short video from the engineers at the end of the service, showing me the car, the work done, the tire treads, etc. Really on-the-money, will certainly return to service my new 5-series when it's delivered.

Big call out to Alan the sales executive that made the purchasing of the bike so easy. He isnt like most salesman who try and push for a sale. Having owned various makes of bikes but never owned a BMW I went in for a coffee,chat and a browse. I was met by Bill, the manager, who immediately put me at my ease by his friendly manner. He ran through a few promotions that BMW were currently offering but one bike in particular caught my eye, it was the R nineT that was custom built by Parks for the bike show. The work they had done on it was absolutely stunning. I never felt pressurised to purchase the bike which helped me make the decision to return a few days later and this time I met Allan from the sale team. His friendly demeanour and attention to detail when dealing with me made the transition of buying the bike a pleasure. Having never been in Douglas Park Motorrad I called whilst over on business from Northern Ireland to be met at the door by a very friendly and welcoming Bill (Manager) who give me both the space and time to browse which in effect was all I was doing. Offered coffee by Allan (sales) I was made to feel totally at ease. So much so that before the week was out I had struck a deal with Bill/Allan on a new S1000XR. I can without hesitation recommend Douglas Park and specifically Bill and Allan (actually the whole team) to anyone thinking of a new or used BMW. I live in Milton Keynes but was prepared to travel nationwide to collect my dream bike. I phoned the sales team after seeing what I consider to be an excellent buy and spoke with Allan.
