⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unbelievable company to deal with. Simon on sales was amazing. I put a deposit down on a beautiful bike but unfortunately withdrew from the purchase due to personal reasons. I never even asked for my deposit back, he said he'd just refund me and did the same day. Not only that, Simon remained friendly and understood my situation. I will return and buy a bike later this year as explained to them. Anyone buying from here! You are in good hands.

Needed a tyre ....hunted hi and low for size but nothing anywhere to match my nearly new front as fitted as a pair.... Michelin commander 2 ... needed a 200/55 17 ...in vain hope I went on eBay and found one ...risky I bought it lucky for me it was a great deal from a great people at Glasgow Ducati....what a fabulous service....I'm in Kent ....I ordered the tyre Tuesday afternoon it arrived today Thursday morning 9am .....now that's is great service by them and the courier and at 162 pound all in I think fabulous value. Very nice showroom. Everything is well spaced out. Nice wee cafe in there too. Plenty of variety in bikes, clothing, gear etc. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the stock but I guess that happens when you are commission based! Parts department are particularly helpful.

I have just purchased a Multistrada V4S sport from Ducati Glasgow. I could not be happier with the service I received. It is fair to say that I throughly researched the bike and after speaking with several Ducati dealers I purchased the bike from Ducati in Glasgow. Simon was able to provide the deal with the specifications I wanted in a great time frame. He answered all my questions and arranged for Chris to deliver the bike to Cairnryan. Chris pulled out all the stops anto met me in Cairnryan. Time was tight but the handover very smooth and I was able to get the ferry back home on time. Handover was very informative and covered all features of the bike. All updates completed before handover. Very happy 😊 Basil

Brilliant service at Ducati Glasgow.Pulled us out of a big hole on a Saturday evening at 4.45pm on a Public holiday weekend.One of the guys had a puncture and the technician fixed it for the standard fee and a packet of chocolate hobnobs.Other establishments were turning us away but not Ducati. 5 stars all the way.1300miles in 5 days on my 2013 1199 Panigale and didn't miss a beat.

Lots of bikes on display. They supply parts too. Upstairs has a fairly broad range of of clothing accessories and branded items. Always seem to be in a hurry when I'm in, staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Don't get the high pressure sales feel about this place and always learn something when I'm in.

I visited here on 26/09/2020 to have the chain on my Ducati Monster 1200S adjusted after another Ducati dealer had told me they'd adjusted it a fortnight ago and it had gone really slack. I was really grateful to Ducati Glasgow for helping me out as without their help I couldn't have got home to Preston from my tour in Highland Scotland. I was treated extremely well by Teeny (service desk) and Craig (mechanic) who got me back on my way in no time. I was disappointed by the other Ducati dealer but Ducati Glasgow have renewed my confidence in Ducati as a brand. Thank you Ducati Glasgow. 😀

Excellent customer service before, during and after buying a bike from them! Never felt pressured into buying in any way but to be fair the bikes sell themselves. Jess, Blair, Kerrie and the manager Martin were all very welcoming and helpful and made it an experience to remember. I'd go back to them on customer service alone! First class service Dropped into Ducati at Hillington to see if they have any bike covers that would fit my Honda NC750X with panniers and top box. The gent at the accessories / parts counter took his time to check out the computer and stock, Ducati didn't have any and he went out his way to locate a cover that I could take home to try for size at no cost. Just back from touring Scotland and a fault light on my Multistrada was bothering me until I popped in here mid trip. Team took the bike, diagnosed and sorted the problem straight away with no hassle, whilst looking after my kit so I could have a wander round. Read my update.... Original review: Beautiful bikes, friendly team and a nice coffee while you dribble over the Panigale's. Gave me a nice discount on the helmet I bought today too, thanks. Picking up my repaired 899 next week as well. Ross has been very helpful regarding that - also thanks. EDITS: Well well well guys! So it turns out my helmet is actually priced £159.99 on your site, so I was technically conned out of £20 (I came in to get this refunded!). And despite being advised my bike would be ready to pick up yesterday, getting my partner to pick up all my stuff, get me from work, take me over, waiting for an hour, PAYING for coffee (despite Audi just nearby giving you free coffee as a customer and despite the fact I was about to pay £1200+ for work on the bike), I was told after getting all my gear on if I could come back the next day. What a disappointment :( After that, we then had the joy of travelling back home in peak traffic... time, petrol and money wasted. I think I'll do the work myself next time. If that wasn't enough to irritate, it was lovely weather yesterday afternoon, a perfect afternoon to pick the bike up, and instead I'll be, if it even is today.., taking my bike back home in the rain.

Just a quick review and thanks to Tracy and Kasia at Ducati/Dainese Glasgow. So my search for some new gear starts half way through winter 2018, thinking I'm planning well in advance and have plenty of time for the next riding season I set out on what turned out to be the Homer’s Odyssey of finding motorcycle gear. I started off by visiting all motorcycle clothing shops and bike dealers in Glasgow and Edinburgh. I took it slow and casual to begin with, visiting shops I found myself near. I am a tall and slim guy so right off the bat I have very little to choose from. Everything I tried on was too baggy or too short. Desperate for some guidance I found myself posed with the existential questions rather than questioning what jacket might fit…. Do I even exist? As I walked around most shops scratching my head and feeling lost, I would occasionally catch the glance of a member of staff only to find him stare right through me then look away. When this happened I would approach a member of staff and explain my situation. I would usually be told they don’t have my size and look online or they would try sell me something that didn’t even come close to fitting me. So I decided to move the search online…. I ordered countless jackets following manufacturer size charts and stockists size charts, spent thousands of pounds, many hours on the phone or email and of course all the time packing up then returning the jackets. In the end I STILL didn’t have one item of clothing I was looking for…Though service a lot of the time was far superior to the in store experience I still found myself frustrated. So after all this hassle, in a last ditched attempt drove to the Ducati store Glasgow on the off chance I could find something ANYTHING that would fit. I pulled up outside 25 mins before closing, walked upstairs through the used Ducati bike department into Dainese. I was instantly and warmly welcomed by Tracy soon followed by Kasia. I explained my situation and instead of awkwardly staring at me blankly they immediately got to work, asking me what type of bike I ride, fit I prefer, what type of riding I would be doing. Like most bikers out there I wasn’t 100% on my fit as from brand to brand it can be widely different, making myself look that bit more clueless I had also lost a lot of weight meaning I was zero help. None of the above mattered, Tracy took a look around me then went straight to a leather middle of the range race jacket. I was asked to try this on and immediately it fitted like a glove! I couldn’t contain my smile! Very very happy. To be sure I tried on many other jackets I was given to try but… the first choice was the perfect jacket in the end. The service received from Tracy and Kasia was absolutely outstanding. Shopping for something so expensive and technical can be a really stressful experience but in the end for me it was warm, caring and thoughtful. I was treated with an abundance of patience and understanding despite closing time already passing. In the end that sale had me return multiple times refreshing all my gear. It has been one year since I wrote this review and saved it to post later. I completely forgot I hadn’t posted it yet. But this gives me an opportunity to say after multiple seasons that jacket has performed amazing and is still the best fitting jacket I have ever owned! To be honest its probably the best fitting item of clothing I own haha Tracy, Kasia Thank you! Especially Tracy who spent hours with me going through catalogues making sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Hope everyone is well See you when quarantine is relaxed.

Bought a three year old bike a month ago and the slave cylinder has failed. Got in touch and they put a replacement in the post straight away which allows me to fit myself and is much more convenient than taking the bike back from Aberdeen to Glasgow. I dropped my Ducati v4 off this morning expecting to have the snobbish service and sales dept staff usually found in bike dealerships, and was blown away which how helpful and friendly EVERYONE was. They answered the questions I had , and gave me a hand to get the bike out of the van , treating it like it was their own bike , and left me in no doubt that it will be looked after, even though I was wearing a KTM baseball cap 😀😀😀 I jumped in the van and was about to drive away , but even tho I had somewhere else to be , my mate and I decided to go back in and have a look about,,,,, something I would never usually do, ended up buy a bit of Ducati merchandise for my grandson and they even put it in a fancy wee box. Brilliant!! I have never put the effort into typing a review of anything , but the friendliness and the service compelled me to write this , seriously impressed and pleasantly suprised.

Absolutely fantastic help from Brian and the team in Ducati Glasgow today, turned up asking for help with a puncture in my rear tyre on my multistrada at 8.30 this morning, by 8.45 it was in the workshop, enabled me to continue my tour around Scotland and meet up with my buddy in gourock for the Dunoon ferry, we were ten minutes apart, I cannot thank you all enough, superior service guys, I'll always come back to you.

Such friendly lads and gals. I wanted to order some heated gear and get it delivered to Bulgaria. Got on the phone and in less than 5 mins I got real measurements and my order was made. Super fast shipping, next day morning it was already on the way. Got a little hiccup with GLS (yeah Royal Mail uses GLS as partner for EU), but Ducati staff were helpful and replied to all my emails same day. Having read some of the negative reviews about Ducati Glasgow I was suprised at the very proffessional service I received. My Diavel Carbon was shipped down for a 1000 mile oil service. All good and exactly the price I was quoted, and they carried out a torque check on the chasis bolts.also a injection control unit update (FOC) Well recommended! John Inverness

In September 2017 we were in Schotland with the eight of us with our bikes for a 5 day tour. My son Dennis on a Ducati 749S and I on the Multistrada 1200S. The clutch of the 749 did not work properly on the second day in the UK, and eventually we landed at Ducati Glasgow. The main cilinder of the hydraulic operated clutch did not function properly anymore. At de Ducati store they were not able to repair the main cilinder, but they offered an alternative cilinder. It had to be modified a bit and they did it while we were waiting. After mounting the parts back on the bike, the clutch operated perfectly and without any problems we could finish the tour in the UK. Ducati Glasgow, thank you very much for the excellent service you offered us to solve the issue on the 14 years old Ducati 749S. Dennis & Wil Strik from Geldrop, the Netherlands.
