A. D.After reading some of the reviews, I was a bit dubious about ordering. I needn't have bothered. 1st class service from the minute I ordered to when it arrived. Ordered a backrest on Saturday within the hour I had received an email to say it was packed and ready to ge shipped out and should be delivered by Tuesday, was given a time slot and it was delivered well within it.
