He massively helped me out today returning a helmet with a 1 in 1000 problem. Truly a great welcome to the biking community!! Could not thank this gentleman enough. I can confidently say this man is a great asset to J&S Accessories. I've left as a very happy customer I had to go back just to shake this gentleman's hand for his amazing service provided!!! Great selection and lovely professional staff. Was torn between two sets of boots. They did me a solid and brought in both pairs based on sizing of other models they had in stock of the same brand. End up leaving with a set of TCX drifters. Couldn't be happier. Were very patient with my indecision & helped me make an unrushed decision. Just bought full set of leathers, boots, gloves and helmet. Shop is very clean, well presented and more importantly no pressure or anticipation from the staff who are very helpful, very polite and know their stuff. Spent almost an hour trying on before buying. There was a better selection than I had expected.

I found this shop while shopping online. Just along from where the old Hein gericke shop used to be. Picked up a very nice pair of winter gloves and base layers. Could have spent considerably more but the wife was with me!!. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back.

I bought a pair of waterproof trousers a few weeks ago, but in the meantime picked up a different pair elsewhere. I'd misplaced the receipt but contacted the store, described my purchase and the total value of the other stuff and was told without hesitation to bring the garment in for a full refund. Outstanding customer service to a newbie when I was in the store (patient and knowledgeable - totally not pushy and not made to feel like an amateur) followed by magnificent after care - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Glasgow branch. A brilliant experience and one I'll be repeating.

Absolutely delighted with the service I received today at the Glasgow branch. I had bought a Frank Thomas helmet last November and while out today there was a problem trying to get the front to flip open. I went into the shop without my receipt and was served by Gary, he checked the helmet out and once he had checked and confirmed my details, he provided me with a new helmet without hesitation. 100% from me for the Glasgow branch. Not as large as the Hamilton store, but just as good. Huge variety of stock in here. Many different brands for easy comparison. These guys stock all conceivable bike kit and some minor bike accessories too. Staff are always on hand to answer questions and give advice, but aren't too pushy or over bearing. The store has fitting rooms to try stuff on before you buy too. Prices are generally pretty good and more often than not there are plenty good deals to be had. Highly recommended.

These guys know their stuff, they are very friendly and always happy to help. I have had a few bits of gear that have needed replacing, not the guys fault, they don't make the stuff, and they have always been amazing in helping sort the situation and recommend replacement gear straight away. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Fantastic experience in the shop. One of the guys talked to me and walked me round. Even though i was a complete novice i was walked through everything with the salesman asking the right questions to get the gear right for me. We went through about 20 helmets showing different styles and manufaturers finding the perfect fit for me and then double checked it again. Cant praise the store highly enough and they've won a customer for years to come if this is the level of support they give their customers.

Every time I visit the shop I go to the counter and tell the guys what i need, they always ask a budget, and then show you what they have. There is never any hanging about waiting to find somebody and these boys certainly have the knowledge to find you what you need a lot faster than you can by shelf picking. I always return based on the service.

Have good selection of bike gear cheap and expensive stuff staff leave you to look but are helpful when you ask, Some of the ways the the sale stuff is misleading ie I saw a pair of bks gloves with big yellow sticker stating £30. But at till told it meant 30 pounds of the retail price which was £90 so watch out for that old chestnut robbery type thing.
