So glad I got wind of West Coast Triumph opening up in Glasgow. I can honestly say that buying my Triumph Tiger 850 was a first class experience - from buying the bike to the after sales support. The Sales staff can’t do enough to help and the service department is superb. Highly recommended and I will definitely be a repeat customer. Scott.

First thing that struck me was how many bikes there were, and how clean the showroom is. We got talking to a sales representative called Ron, very friendly and passionate about bikes. Really good selection of bikes to choose from. We even had a peak at the workshop, the cleanest and tidiest workshop I've seen. Will be buying my next bike from there. Would highly recommend a visit even if you're not buying.

Popped in when passing to see the new showroom. It looks excellent. I was greeted by Ron, who was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. We had a good chat about bikes, but then had to leave for home. Great New Digs guys!

Excellent event to mark the move to the new West Coast Triumph showroom and workshop. Great welcome from staff from both West Coast Triumph and Harley. The new premises are first class and being able to see the workshop and talk to the staff was informative. Food and entertainment were great and seeing some of the exhibits brought up from the Triumph museum highlighted the heritage of the brand.

Best buying experience I have ever had. Simon kept in touch from the day I ordered my Tiger until the day I collected it. No problems booking the first service (done 6 days after collecting the bike) and James, the technician, sorted out the tracker despite problems with the original unit. Simon, Donald, Alan, Ed and Dave are a credit to the company. So good I went back and bought a Bobber (and got the 600 mile service 4 days later) - thanks guys.

Max the mechanic came out for a chat about what he was doing for the first service and answered all the questions fully that I asked. Cracking wee night at the opening.pipers,grub,whisky tasting music,, and great company, what more could you ask for?? Maybe some bikes, sorted, though if I could have taken only one home, I would have picked the 1971 250 triumph blazer,, that's the exact bike that got me hooked when I was 14,happy days. Ps, the goody bag was a nice touch too. Well done West Coast Triumph.

Visited new store for first time over weekend. In for a look as not thinking of replacing my bike for another several months. Speaking mostly to Ron & Brian, it was nice to be able to discuss potential options without wasting a salesperson time since I was just looking. Loved the new store.

Today was the first time I used West Coast Triumph for repairs to my New Triumph Rally Explorer. I arrived 30mins early for my appointment and was met by Alan, one of the service advisors. We talked over the warranty repairs to be completed. Alan then went to the workshop to get the mechanic James, to discuss the work required. James was quick to introduce himself with a shake of the hand. Through our discussion, it was obvious my bike was going to be in good hands. James spoke with me by phone several times together with emailing videos of the work being carried out. West Coast Triumph exceeded my expectations and provided the best customer service. I can definitely recommend West Coast Triumph. Well done guys.

Was very disappointed that my Triumph T100 developed a gearbox fault at just over 2 and a half years old with 3,200 mls done also thought no Triumph dealer in the area . Found out from a Harley mechanic that West Coast Triumph opening up so put the bike in for them to take a look at. It took a while as I think they were busy with move to new premises, parts etc. I received a video from James (mechanic) showing what the problem was and what was needed to fix it ….nice touch there! Alan at service ordered the parts and managed to get me an out of warranty replacement for the parts which helped. Donald kept me up to date with the repair and the costings. When I put the bike in I was not sure if was going to keep it so had a chat with Ed at sales and was happy with his valuation. All in all a very satisfying experience. Eddie

Absolutely fantastic, couldn’t fault any part of the experience. Dropped the bike off for them opening at 9 and they got straight to looking at it. Needed to have it checked on diagnostics, but by 0940 I received a call direct from the technician James who was working on my bike. Whilst carrying out the job spotted a couple of issues that could use attention, which he sorted for me all in the hours labour for the diagnostics check. Hard to type and explain to be honest. But to take away I was extremely pleased and have found the garage for my bike whatever needs doing. Even took the time when collecting the bike to explain bits I could do myself to save on labour costs, not trying to make money out of you just bikers wanting to help bikers. The office staff, well porta cabin at the moment (waiting on the new building being ready) we’re extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks James and Alan Fantastic
