G. M.The battery died on my RD whilst I was in Hereford, phoned up Shark Motorcycles, they said they thought they could sort me out. My mate took me there, they were brilliant found a battery that would fit, gave me a cup of coffee whilst we were waiting. Friendly and helpful a proper bike shop. If I lived in Hereford I would go out of my way to give them my business.
r. h.had an MOT done here, not booked in by me, but they fitted it in. it Failed on headlight not working(I had only just had it delivered from yorkshire, so I left the bike there and a few hours later it was fixed and with new MOT. Great service. Thank you
J. J.Took my bike in to get my chain adjusted, they discovered a problem with the adjuster bolts and even though they were busy with repairs, they still repaired my bike for me. Also bought my helmet from this place, and in general, just very friendly and offer sound advice. Wouldn't take me bike anywhere else for repairs, or go anywhere else for anything bike related.

T. 1.Main dealers could learn a lot from these guys. Broke down on Friday evening having travelled down from NW England for a weekend in Mid-Wales. Within the hour I'd purchased a new battery, got the bike into their workshop & had it on a diagnostics check. They were brilliant, friendly, helpful and efficient, traits which are very rare at main dealers who just want your money nowadays!

D. S.I've been to these guys a few times now. Arriving at closing time for a helmet for my wife - no problem. Full fitting service provided. Today I wasn't charged a penny for something that I absolutely KNOW a lot of bike shops would charge for. These are good, honest people working damned hard at what they do. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended.
