Having recently passed my A license, I came across Craig and Suffolk Motorcyles online. The BMW F800R I brought from him, I am really pleased with. Really clean condition. Craig was a real gentleman to deal with, I part exchanged my 125 in for a BIG boys bike, and the transaction was smooth and simple. I had a small issue with the bike which Craig fixed quickly with a new part. Looking forward to buying my next bike from Craig again. 10 / 10 thanks again. Matt

I’ve known Craig for over 30 years… he has always been honest, polite, and very down to earth.. I’ve had a few deals with Craig over the years the latest being a lovely Ducati.. he always has lovely presented stock and Is so pleasant and easy to deal with… nothing is to much of a problem… my advice would be if your after treating yourself to a new bike… give Craig a call first… I promise, you won’t be let down.

Very friendly owner at Suffolk MC with some beautiful bikes. Went to look at a used BMW GS which wasn’t the one for us but couldn’t fault the friendly service. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that despite the workshop/showroom being very nice there’s absolutely nothing to suggest you’re turning up to a motorcycle dealer when you pull in. We thought we had the wrong place.

I bought a beautiful pristine example of a Harley V-rod CVO from Craig. He sent me a walk round video of the and explained in detail the history of the bike. He was honest and there wasn't anything that I was surprised or sprung on me last minute about the bike. He held the bike for me for a couple of weeks after I placed a deposit. There was no rush and he wasn't pushy for the outstanding balance of the bike. My Harley was then arranged and delivered safely to my door. I throughly enjoyed the experience Craig gave me purchasing the Harley from him. I highly recommend buying a bike from him in confidence that the bike is how it's described. Many thanks again Craig for selling me a beautiful Harley that I will enjoy riding for a very long time.

I recently purchased a Triumph Rocket 3 from Suffolk Motorcycles. They were perfect to purchase from with total honesty about the bike prior to travelling to see it and responded to questions quickly when messaged. I have to say this is one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. After calling on a Sunday morning at 8:45, Craig spent 20 minutes answering all of my questions as well as pointing out other things he felt would be beneficial for me to know. Having agreed a price, I transferred £250 deposit and delivery was arranged for the next day. At 8:00 am the next day less than 24 hours after I had made the initial call, Mick, the driver, arrived at my house. This would be impressive enough, but I live in Weymouth, five hours drive away! The bike was unloaded and I was encouraged to have a good look round and ride it up the driveway. The bike was only a year old with 1,600 miles so I had no concerns. Once happy, Mick came in for a coffee whilst I transferred the balance. Craig phoned and confirmed receipt and that was that. A couple of days later Craig called again to make sure I was happy with the bike. I cannot praise Craig and his team enough - this is the way to buy a motorbike.
