J. S.Second order from this shop first was very positive and helpful . Today ordered 3 items but rang first ask for help person who answered did bit seem to want to help made me feel I was asking stupid questions. If that what they think of thier customers who are new to sport and want help and advise I cannot recommend unfortunately. Might have been new staff but if it's your job learn about what your selling !!.
I would like to add, it turns out the member of staff was new and in training, the shop owner has since resolved the problems I had satisfactorily, I will therefore use the supplier again.

I asked for advice about what I needed to get, explained it was for a young person and it was a bit of a punt as I didn't know if he'd like making models, was particularly impressed that they didn't try to sell me every single paint pot that I might have needed to make the model up to full spec and suggested if it was his first one he could always do that later.
Obviously a shop for enthusiasts but they're equally helpful to people like me who don't know what they're doing!

c. b.Very good modelshop but I felt the shop steered more towards actual model making and rc aircraft/boats etc and not so much rc cars/ buggies which is what i was hoping for,they do have some cars on display but i was looking for a shop where i could maybe browse through rc car hops up and spares/wheels ect

I took the model back thinking it would to go to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, but the lad who served me fetched a new boxed up model and swapped the motor for the faulty one in mine, tested it, and I was sent on my way. I brought some parts in here today and they absolutely work perfectly, they can help you set the model up if you get stuck and get it working properly. This is the nearest place to me when I need something for my aircraft. And I trust this place more than other model shops.

Great service! friendly and helpfull staff! Additional note! The courier they use (UK Mail) has very accurate tracking so you dont have to stay in all day waiting!!!
