Amazing service. Very friendly, very helpful. Took my bike in for a service and repairs. They did an amazing job with a fair price. Highly recommend New rider so my fault I had a crash the day before. But wasnt judged or laughed at. Was also meant to just go in for the service but ended up coming in with a few things to fix. And even though they were busy they were able to fix and service it the same day I brought it in, so I was able to commute the next day. Not one bad word to say about this place

Most impressed with Micky and staff, nothing to small is an issue. Had a Hooter fitted and during fitment they noticed other items that needed replacing/fixed and attended to sorting it out , instead of saying next time book the bike in and we’ll take care of it. Great service, great fellers! Brought my bike in with an intermittent fault that I'd been going mad for weeks trying to find. They diagnosed and fixed it without fuss and without replacing loads of stuff that wasn't broken, like other rip off shops have done in the past. charged me less than I thought and my bike now runs better than ever. Thoroughly recommend this place.

Had a new engine put in ordered a engine from go bikes first two had problems and Micky and Dennis helped a lot by phoning go bikes to sort it out when they got a good engine they put it in and did a amazing job I would recommend these guys to any body top work lads will definitely go back get customer loyalty

I purchased a Brixton 125 from another dealer back in September last year. To cut a long story short, she has had to go back to the dealer three-times under warranty, for issues with her indicators. This has meant I have hardly ridden her in the nine months I have had her, due to safety reasons, and her being in and out of the workshop. After her third visit, the dealer informed me they would no longer deal with me. They said they didn’t sell the bike anymore, which meant they were unable to complete warranty work, and I had to find another dealer. I have since found out this is not true, but I am so glad they told me this, because this is when I met Mickey and the Biketec team. I took my bike, Betty, to Biketec two weeks ago (Saturday 15 June). Mickey put his hands on the indicators and instantly knew something was wrong, as they were hot, and one had started to melt. It took him all of three minutes to realise the bike had the incorrect indicators on it, which he confirmed by looking at the one he had for sale in his showroom. I left Betty with Biketec for them to replace the indicators, and requested they gave her the once over, as the dealer who sold her to me had informed me they had completed work on her, but couldn't tell me what, however the warranty provider informed me no claims had been made for my bike, so I was a bit confused as to what work they had actually carried out. I picked Betty up last week (Saturday 22 June) and it’s like I have a brand-new bike, well, after all, that is what I bought from KH Motorcycle’s, over nine months ago. It turns out that her battery lead was loose, the tappets were too tight, there was air getting into the fuel tank, and the seat was only connected with one bolt. Also, the cheap replacement indicators had been badly wired, with extensions. It looks like the company I bought her from had not conducted the per-delivery inspection. Now I have her back, it's like having a different bike. Betty is so nippy. I thought because she was a 125 she was just slow, or because I am a rookie rider, I was doing something wrong, but following Biketec’s work on her, I glide through the gears now, she’s so smooth, no jumping between gears, and she gets up to speed so quickly. Since having her back, I have shaved ten minutes off my commute to work, but most importantly, now I feel safe on her. When I took her to Biketec I had only ridden 400 miles in nine months, and that included the 55 miles to get her to the workshop. In the week I have had her back I have cleared 120 miles, and I’m about to hit my 600-mile service. And guess what, I will be taking her back to Mickey and his team. I can’t recommend Biketec enough. They clearly know their stuff and are honest and fair in their dealings. I just wish I’d met them nine months ago, when I was looking to purchase my first bike. I will be transferring my bike warranty to Biketec and when the time comes to upgrade, there is only one showroom I will be visiting. Thank you so much Mickey and the Biketec team. You have restored my faith in the industry!
