I have recently bought a vehicle from these guys and had an extremely positive experience. Having contacted just before they closed for xmas, I visited the showroom on the first day they were open after New Year. No quibbles on the test drive, during which I wasn't rushed or discouraged. Having agreed to buy - they had it turned around very quickly for me to collect, despite me not expecting such haste. Fully recommend and many thanks to both the sales and service team for their polite and professional conduct.

Had a 'slight issue' with my Touring Scooter, a Suzuki Burgman, as in it would not start. Hmm, slight issue I say, major problem. Roadside assistance couldn't sort me, rang around, got a couple of quotes north of insane. Was recommended Fazakerley Scooters. Nothing short of wonderful, fixed in very reasonable time frame, ahead of what they advised. At a price that didn't hurt at all. Martin did a wonderful job, many thanks indeed. I shall return. Was

I broke down on 16/05/19 at 4pm. The garage agreed to accept my car from the tow truck at such a late time in the day. I arrived at 5:10pm and was told that all of the faults would be repaired and my car would be returned to me the next day 17/05/19. It was completed in less than 24 hours. Now that is what I call service. I am so impreased with their excellent customer service and their prices are fair. Thank you very much. Highly recommended.

Every time I've been here they've been so helpful and got my bike sorted straight away. Not expensive , think they are great. Only comment is that when they quote you a price they should include vat because it was a not so nice surprise for me.

Excellent selection of bikes an scooters including some retro cafe racer gorgeous looking bikes. Brilliant service and would highly recommend to anyone. The few problems I have had with my bike have been sorted quickly and haven't reoccurred. Great guys, competitive prices, and they will make you a brew while you're waiting..... What else can ya ask for.
