Hi people , An honest review from an unexperienced rider( just got my CBT and Monday will pick up my bike ), this place is great . I have poped in the shop a couple weeks ago , and since now Ashan took great care of me and showed me what a proffessional looks like . After some bulls**t service from London Scooters. I took my motorcycle to Ahsan Scooters. These guys are professional and seem pretty good natured. My bike is still pretty new with just over 500 miles on the clock. I purchased this bike from London Scooters but won't use them for anything else. Needed a moped after 20 years of driving. Haven't riden before and was somewhat nervous, confused and clueless about motorcycles etc. Thankfully, after visiting many retailers I ended up at Ahsan Motors Clapham. Abdul welcomed me into the showroom with his calm patient demeanour, instantly putting me at ease. He gave me exceptional advice and guidance on motorcycles, mopeds and scooters in general, what and how they work explaining about the engine sizes types and addressing all my questions . He never had the hard sale approach rather he elicited what would suit me for the purpose I needed to purchase a moped. I received excellent service! Whether you are looking to buy a bike for yourself or your teenager, I would definitely recommend anyone wishing to buy a moped, scooter electric bike to visit these guys as their customer service is second to none. After being ripped off buying my first scooter elsewhere, I came to these guys with a broken down Lexmoto and no way of getting it fixed. Paru (sorry if the spelling is wrong!) absolutely saved my week, part exchanged my scooter and sorted me out with a new Honda in a few hours. This branch of Ahsan Scooters is a little better than its one in Streatham. Mainly as the staff are quite good to talk to and will actually converse back.
