They are SO helpful here and Nor has always looked after me. I have been using them for approx 13 years now and they have always been ready to help me out. Today i needed to replace my helmet, gloves and buy some armoured trousers. Nor was extremely helpful and I am very pleased with them and they are SO warm!!!!! Highly recommend this shop.

Recently bought my first bike from them (Lexmoto Assault) and they were so helpful, highly recommend to anyone wether 1st bike or however many. Great knowledge and customer service is A1.

I bought a scooter from these for a very reasonable price, they are one of the best places in London to buy a scooter because they don't take the mickey with there prices and service. I had a couple of small issues after purchasing my bike ie Headlight was not working right and somebody went into the back of me after a couple of weeks. I took the bike into them and they managed to make the bike look so much better and replaced the bulb in headlight completely free of charge. Very friendly service. Genuine business people. A pleasure to do business with.

I had a really positive experience. I needed a little 50cc bike to do deliveries on, the guy in the shop knew loads, was friendly and gave good advice. I bought a bike and he even had a delivery box installed on it for me. Decent bike at a good price. I would recommend.

Bought a Lexmoto Tempest from Ashan Scooters around a year ago now. Wide variety of bikes from scooters to motorcycles, customer service is impeccable. Prices are very reasonable for sales and services. They also sell motorcycle accessories. I've had minor issues with the bike, not their fault but they have been extremely helpful with all queries and claims I've had. Definitely worth a visit.

Being relatively new to riding the staff were extremely polite, helpful & resourceful. They did their best to keep everything on track with the purchase of my first motorbike (brand new), even offering me a lovely cup of coffee! They have an excellent range of cost-effective motorbikes, as well as all the right gear for safety. I bought my Vespa from Ahsan Scooters back in 2014 and I've always been taking it to them for servicing and repairs since then. The owner is a very honest and reasonable person and all the staff are very helpful and efficient. I always compare prices with other mechanics in London and nobody can beat these guys.

I previously knew nothing in regards to bikes. I first decided to pop into this store as i always drove past it. They was professional, kind and hands on. They catered to my ever need and stayed open later than usual for me at times when i was running late. I bought my first bike from here and still do everything here from sevicing to check ups. My bike can't have a box fitted on it due to it's body style, garages told me in excess of £100 to fit a box. Ashan scooters ltd streatham told me ONLY £45. They do not rip people off, even me who knew nothing and was willing to pay. These guys are genuine, good customer service and recommend anyone looking to get a 125cc or more to get it from here!

I bought a bike from them in April 2016 and have been to their shop twice for battery related issues (mainly because I'm a novice who doesn't know all the ins and outs of a scooter yet). My dealings with them today were excellent. My bike wouldn't start as I'd been holiday for a few weeks. Having only had an MOT a couple of months prior, they replaced the battery with a new one, gave the bike a once over, replaced the right indicator bulb and tightened the wobbly left mirror which had a tendency to swing out of place when I was riding. They also gave me some advice on how to keep the battery ticking along so I wouldn't have to bring the whole bike in and even let me borrow a helmet so I could take it back home then and there - all free of charge! Very happy with the service and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Thanks again!

After sales services leave a lot to be desired but the bike itself was fairly acceptable.

I took my scooter to Ahsan (Streatham) after a totally botched service by a different mechanic. They fixed the problem quickly and were very conscious of trying to keep costs down for me, given I'd just paid for a full service. Kept me informed of the problems and costs before they fixed anything. Can totally recommend them, the Manager there is great. I won't be taking my scooter anywhere else from now on!

The best Chinese Scooter garage in London. Not only do they take them on but they fix them so they do not break down again as with most of these bikes. They have never let me down. I had a Xingyue 125cc scooter. It was a proper Chinese scooter which needed an engine rebuild after day 1 of use. I had bought this scooter from ebay and was shipped to me from China via India apparently because it took 6 months to arrive. Anyway, when I took it for the first test ride, the main bearings locked up causing the back wheel to come off from the frame. Also the front caliper came away from the mounting bracket upon breaking. Their mechanic did a superb job to get me back on the road again at a budget price.

Had a Chinese scooter which I was going to scrap. A good Chinese friend of mine told me to take it to Ahsan Scooters. Their mechanic did a very good job. He got the bike up and running like new. He must be the only mechanic that I know can do this.

Had my chinese scooter serviced there, I give them 4 star only because of the time it took for them to fix my scooter, otherwise they have done amazing job on my scooter, fully serviced, fully cleaned, they even painted the rusty exhaust of it. If you have Lexmoto or other Chinese bikes, It’s the only place that You can get a good service.
