This is one of the best bike repair services in London. I am already an existing customer since April, 2021 hence, I have always satisfied with the price and service quality. The staff are very polite and respectful despite being extremely busy. I would recommend this place for both new and professional riders.

By far the best bike garage in London. This place is well know for it extremely fair pricing and very professional staff. I have never had any issues having my bike serviced there and I have been there more than 200+ times. The only issue, which I wouldn't call and issue due to it being out of Br Bikes control, is the wait times. Expect waiting times of 20min - 50min there for servicing due to it being a very popular garage. They have recently expanded their garage to allow more bike repairs which reduced the waiting times form last year by roughly 50%. You can always call in before heading to the garage and ask the staff whether its busy or when the best time to come in. All in all, I think, in my humble opinion, that this is the best place you can have you bike serviced. I would recommend anyone to come here.

Got a nail in my rear tyre, called them up on the phone and even though they seemed incredibly busy when I got there they sorted the problem super quick at a very reasonable price. All the staff members I spoke to were really nice guys who were passionate about bikes. Thanks again

this place is one of the best moped repair shops around rodrigo and and khaled always helpful there is a reason why they are so busy because they are good at what they do keep up the good work br team

This garage is amazing! I would say they specialise in Japanese Bikes and Scooter. Their works are respectful, diligent and trust worthy. You need to queue when you arrive. There is no booking system unfortunately, i have waited sometimes up to 40 minutes before i could even have a conversation. Prices very reasonable. I have been visiting them since 2015 and could not recommend you enough. Just be ready to wait and they will look after you. Some of their customers can be rude and rough but it is not their fault.

Best bike shop in London. The team is super helpful and have very reasonable prices. Whilst you might have to wait a bit on busy days, you always get seen on the day and no need to book appointments. It is a bit of a chaotic environment at first but once you get used to it, it's all good

My bike got reversed into by a w****r in a van who then left scene. Ripped off my side stand damaged centre stand smashed mudguard damaged steering... the guys at BR repaired everything and fitted a new delivery box for an amazing price. More than recommended, brilliant garage.

Best shop in London , low price with high guarantee , if they can't do , probably can't do anyone in London , but I'm not sure guys , but I can recommend for everyone who has motorcycle and scooters , one of my friend's father changing oil etc nearly four years , and we do with my friend nearly two years , they are best guys in London !

I have been taking my bikes to Rodrigo for some time now. Don't be fooled by the looks from outside, service is impeccable and trustworthy. Proof is in the queue you'll always find at the gate. Cant book in advance, so you'll have to wait for a bit, but then your bike will be well taken care of and returned within the day. 5*
