Brilliant service from the team at Inokim London. From the moment I sent them a WhatsApp message, The team were so helpful and was able to answer all the questions I had. Bought my first electric scooter and I just love it!!! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to purchase a good scooter and get the best service.

I have tested some of scooters in the shop and nothing was too much trouble for staff. I understood that they look after their clients and they do after sales repairs (if needed) in the shop. I do recommend - if possible - going in the shop and make sure you get what is the best for you rather than ordering on line.

Had enough of the hire scooters and decided to go in to inokim and browse with no prior knowledge but the staff were very helpful and they helped me choose the right scooter also gave me lots of information regarding and payment plans that were available so I got mine there and then and picked it up the next day I'm very happy with the scooter and the work they have done very profesional and helpful would highly recommend if your looking for a first time scooter or a experienced this is the place to go as its saves me so much money on traveling to work now

The scooters are really strong. I got my one for a year using everyday to go to work and yes. The best invest of my life as I don't have to take public transport anymore. Customer service are good. They fix my scooter really fast and really good. Thanks for everything !

Stopped in there today having looked at the products on line. Have to say I agree with all previous reviews that rate the shop, the staff and their helpfulness. My experience was that i wanted one of the bigger scooters to get to and from work (roughly 10 miles) on days when i don't feel like cycling and mostly so I can avoid the tube. They asked real questions to genuinely find out what I wanted to get out of the scooter, distance, terrain, road surface etc before suggesting any scooters at all. They also encouraged testing any / all of the scooters before making any decisions. A very NON pushy sales experience - exactly what you'd want - just helpful and courteous. When I asked if they came part / enough charged to get me home on the day if I purchased today, they opened up the box to find a scooter that would have charge. After purchasing the scooter and having them unbox and set the whole thing up (which took a very short amount of time) they would not let me leave without a helmet (as i'd forgotten to bring my bicycle one) to ride home with. Absolutely no reason / driver on their part to make sure I wore a helmet or left the shop with one (at no cost to me) - just adds to the "we care" attitude they clearly have in the shop. Product wise - love it - bought the Inokim Ox which is a real piece of kit. Looks the part. Goes the part. All on top of first class customer service - cannot recommend enough.
