Friendly staff..even though I did walk in 10 mins before they were due to shut.. didn't feel rushed. Good array of products in stock most of there stuff is a bit cheaper than most bike related shops. If they haven't got your size or the product you want they are more than happy to order what you want in. I always find myself a little bargain when I go in there. If I'm not buying online this is where I go.

I'm going to be perfectly honest here!! What a place, after travelling to multiple locations (mixed reviews on these) looking for a Specific type of Jacket, we arrived at this store. I couldn't be any more surprised at how awesome the staff were. Extremely helpful, funny, great laugh and knowledgeable. 2 Specific ladies (you know who you are) were incredible and a real asset to the company. The Store was very well stocked, well laid out, prices very reasonable. In general - Felt at home there. We will be back :) Great job everyone - ((Mr.Purple)) lol

Went to J&S Eltham to get fully kitted out from head to toe. Laura was great, talked me though many diffent options and price points. Settled on some great Richa gear and a really nice Shoei lid. They try hard to please. Motorcyclists have always seemed to have something of a camaraderie between them and theres a sense of that which comes over from the staff here. I took an item back after several weeks which they exchanged without problem.

I planned on buying a helmet, jacket, boots and pants. To be honest, the staff didn't seem that interested. I was in there over an hour, and aside from a hello when I walked in, they just stayed at the counter at the front of the store. No money was spent this day. An okay selection, store seems crowded, organisation needs some work.

A little bit on the expensive side but it can be expected from a physical store. If you need to try something on and see the quality in person you have to pay a premium. They have an online shop as well. Something important - you can not get a refund for returning purchased goods. You only get a vaucher at the same amount that you can use in any of their shops.

Have been using J&S for years from when they were back in Greenwich and I was a courier buying kit for work . Now just a fair weather rider and after trawling the internet looking for leathers i visited the other day for the 1st time in ages and it was good to see some of the same staff including Len the manager, a great selection of kit and some good banter later I left with my purchase , more than happy. Give these guys a go as said by a previous review we need to keep these shops going.

I always get excellent service here. They are very knowledgeable about all the items they sell, the differences, pros and cons. Much prefer buying from here than the Web, and I get to ride there since they have motorbike parking at the side of the shop.

Took my son there to get his first fabric coat and trosers for his moped, and the staff actually mananaged to supply better equipment than what I was wearing for a cheaper price, they took their time with him to ensure he was comfortable with the clothing, helmet, gloves etc. Fair to say my wallet was lighter (motorbike clothing isn't cheap), but i was happy my son felt he was accommodated for his needs.
