I went there,looking for a jacket,trouser and boots.We encountered a small problem with my size,its a bit hard to find a jacket in a small size BUT Silvia sorted me out,she told me that will check with other store and get back to me,at this moment I tought that "oke,they don't have the size what I need and thats how they want to tell me politely" After a week I recieved a phone call that my Jacket arrived and I can try it on if I still want it. Well done Silvia 👍 I left with a nice jacket,trouser,boots and a really nice pair of gloves. They help you find the perfect suit,even explain you a couple of things if you don't understand something. 1st visit - Very helpful lady who helped me purchase a jacket and gloves based upon my requirements and budgetary constraints. 2nd visit - went to see some helmets. Tomasz, the store manager assisted me. He was extremely helpful and patient with me as I had numerous questions and as I am new to motorcycles, I wanted to try on a load of different helmets. He had a wealth of knowledge and advise which you cannot get from watching YouTube reviews. Will be back for sure.

First impression were warm helpfull and welcomming from every single staff on the floor, thomas, ash. Especial thanks to SILVIA for showing me arround and helping me find my kevlar jeans. I know helmets are bulky and hard to stock up, but its something which needs to be tried on rather than to be ordered online.

Great shop to buy your motorbike gear. Team very friendly and approachable. It can be a bit intimidating looking for motorbike gear when your a newbie to it all, so can e very overwhelming! The staff put me at rest and was able to help with my questions. There was no pressure to buy and you was left with a variety of options to consider. Parking is a but pants but the side roads have restricted parking, 10am to 11am and 2 to 3pm (would double check just in case my timings are incorrect). Definitely one shop to consider if buying basic thru to advanced biking gear.

excellent customer service - the manager advised the 1 piece leathers I was trying on did not fit me correctly and advised me not to buy them from him, instead of giving me the hard sell. But I did buy a Shoei Qwest at £200 (which is a giveaway price) and he put the ACU sticker on with out me asking, which was great.

The guys are extremly honest and helpful. the only problem is stock levels of some products - something headoffice should look in to... low choice of summer gloves in a shop that is round a corner from the Ace Cafe seems a bit silly - especially at the start of the season - best sellers should never sell out - its worth giving them a call to find out if they got what you want, if you know what you look for. Great location.

I love this place. I sometimes go there, spend some time trying all the jackets and don't buy anything :) they have always all been so pleasant people. Plus I am a big size, so I have to ask them to go to the deposit where they store the bigger sizes, so that I can try jackets. they are very patient. they guys are angels and they know lots about bikes.I am so thankful to them.
