Lovely service by the kind gentleman who greeted us. Great ladies selection and my partner found a very reasonably priced coat. The man also gave a 5% discount on top! The knowledge of the clothing the shop assistant had was rather impressive and very helpful when it came to selecting the correct clothing. Overall a well stocked shop with great customer service and brilliant pricing.

Went first time and left very happy. Excellent service,very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Go extra mile for a customer. Wide range of clothing, good quality and reasonable prices. Also the store is in very good location, maybe 5 minutes walk from the tube station. Will be coming back in the future. Definitely recommend.

I went down to J&S in Clapham today and I received the best customer service from Paul today. He was very welcoming along with his team Yasin and Collin. I came in as I was having some issue with my Arai helmet, which I bought from another company and Paul was absolutely brilliant in resolving this. He took his time, and I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything compared to other companies i’ve used. He’s knowledge on the products was fantastic and he went above and beyond and I left really happy with the items I purchased. Paul, Yasin and Collin made my experience great at the store, and I will be only going back to them. Paul, thank you for your time today and I really appreciate the effort you put in to resolve my issue. Thank you!

Bought a pair of winter gloves. I had a great quick service but the little piece that hold the gloves were broken....this was the last pair at my size so could not change it. A little commercial gesture would have been appreciated...😒😒🤷‍♂️

Been using this place for over 10 years so the boys are doing their jobs well. A good selection of motorcycle clothing from discounted top quality to seriously pricey top rack stuff so a good selection, banter is good as well. As a dedicated clothing outlet they have a wider choice than most motorcycle shops and they're not far from Central London.

The staff are really friendly and helpful and it never feels as though they're trying to get me to buy more than I need or spend more than I want. Went there just before the closing time, went to get a helmet and was motivated to get one of 300£. Later felt bad as it was gift from him and felt like should have gone for the one I liked rather than one convinced by the shopkeeper 🥺🥺. I went to this store today to purchsse a handsdree headset for my motobike helmet as I am very new to riding and need a little bit of if help getting around London. The friendly service and professionalism I received was excellent. Gage is the sales assistant that served me. He took his time to explain thourally how the handsfree headset worked and made sure I fully understood how to use it correctly, he even done a test call from the store phone just to be absolutely sure I was happy. This kind of service is way and above what I normally get and I highly recommend this store for any of your motorcycle gears and accessories. I will definitely be going back to this store. Big thank you to all the staff that helped me and aslo a big thank you to the gentleman who heloed me with by new bike jacket. Top knotch service from start to finish.

Absolutely fantastic service here. Cage (I hope that's correct!) couldn't have been more helpful if he tried. The shop was much bigger than I expected and has a great range on everything from clothes to helmets. I wandered round and was asked if I needed help. Cage gave great advice - he listened to what I was looking for and then provided me with various options. All the staff were very friendly and willing to help. I will definitely be back here next time I need new gear.

Absolutely hands down the best out there 👍 I used to go here (Surry branch) years back and can say that they are still as fantastic and just like shops used to be in that they truly value your time there. Bought some FT boots that fell apart in a month and they swapped em out for some RST pro's for the same money with nothing but smiles and apologies..... Well happy 👍😉

Visited today with my Husband and was served by Cage. Highly recommend this place great service and great range of stock. I visited the store last week as I had been looking for nikwasx tech was and water proofer I had been to a number of other shops who only had tiny bottles they had the larger bottles I had been looking for . I got chat to Paul and asked if he could order some visor vents for a Arai chaser-x he had a look in a little box of spare bits and found some . He ask me how I liked the helmet and we had a chat I told him I found the visor wobbled a bit when slightly open at speed he suggested that at the side under the tabs there are a couple of screws and if I tightened them up a bit it should cure the problem it does seem to have cured the problem but I will only really find out when I get out on a motorway . It's nice to find someone who knows what they are talking about . I will be back . I had seen some boots but on there web but there was only one pair left which the stockwell branch managed to get for me I placed the order on Sunday and they had them in store by Tuesday great service . I would recommend this store. There knowledge on motorcycle accessories is second to none

I went there to buy my all my gears as I was a new driver. It has taken more than two hours and a half to buy everything as I took ages to choose the boots. And during all this time one of the employees was with me to help me to choose the products. He was very patient and friendly. A few weeks later I came back as I had an issue with one of the products I bought and they changed it without complaining or anything. I would surely go back there next time I need something as they seem to really take care of their clients. And the prices are good too.

I popped in here one weekend in order to buy a bunch of cycle clothing and the service was excellent. There is a huge range of items available in store and there was a good selection of sizes for most items. It was my first time buying a helmet and a member of staff was happy to spend time with me going over what was available and sizing my head up. I have to give this store 5 stars for the fact that I witnessed a customer be nothing but rude to 2 members from the moment he walked in. The staff was still being nice to the guy even though he was replying in a angry manor and being disrespectful. Super service from these knowledgeable guys. Called in as I was in London to collect a motorcycle locally. Very patient staff, helped me choose an appropriate outfit that was excellent value for money. To top off their excellent customer care, they even packaged up my other clothes and bag, and returned them to me via courier free of charge so I could ride the bike back without struggling to carry everything. Brilliant!

Bought Shoei helmet here this summer, had the one of the best customer experiences I've ever had in the motorbike world. Cage was friendly, informative and seriously knows his stuff. I went back there today to sort out a whistling problem with the helmet, again Cage and his colleague couldn't have been more helpful, taking the visor apart, adding lubricant (gave me the bottle free), cleaning the Pitlock anti-steam screen and adjusting other parts without my having to ask. If you need bike accessory advice in London, these are your guys! Thanks Cage.

Absolutely Binging Place. Wow what service. I went in today to buy a helmet and service was second to none. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted or needed but both Keith and Bill were top notch, they gave me the best advice for me and nothing was too much trouble for either of them. At 55 I have just decided to take up motorcycling and have my mods 1 and 2 tests in three weeks, so fingers crossed I pass and then I'm without a doubt going to be a regular customer. I live in Belsize Park which is the opposite side of London to where J&S Accessories are, but totally worth the trip. I am even looking forward to going again. On top of all this, Keith even invited me to go in at anytime just for advise, even if I don't want to buy anything. Ya can't better than that. Thanks Keith and Bill - You Superstars!

I had bought a pinlock visor online, but could not get it working. I stopped by Metropolis motorcycles in Vauxhall and as usual they were less than helpful making me thing I would have to contact the manufacturer or buy a new visor for my helmet. I decided to try J & S Accessories just on the off chance. I spoke to the team and two of the chaps got straight onto it. One went off to search their spares box and the other chap called Kage started to look at my visor. He soon worked out the problem, his colleague returned with a few options of pin for this type of accessory. Between them they fixed my visor and pinlock. When I asked how much I owed Kage told me not to worry. That is what I call service. I will definitely be back when I need new motorcycle gear.
