Absolutely fantastic. Great service a couple weeks ago and then I got got knocked off my bike by a cab driver a couple days ago. The guys down at London Motorcycles Hammersmith really sorted me out. Quick turn around fixing my bike, great price & customer service. Highly recommend!!!

Totally recommend. Found them when looking for a moped on Ebay. Went there, seen the bike and bought it on the spot. The purchase was really easy. They've fully tested it and did a great service before handing it out to me. Nick (owner, I think) sorted out all the documentation and gave me some good tips as I'm a new rider. If you're looking to buy a motorbike or simply service your current one, this site is definitely worth a visit!

The team at London Motorcycles have been fantastic to buy a bike from. Not only are they clearly knowledgeable about every bike they have in their new show room but, they genuinely want to help their customers have an excellent experience. I picked up my first bike from them, after they gave it a full and thorough service with genuine and OE quality parts. It was easy and they were very accommodating for a first time biker. The bike (a Honda Varadero) is fantastic too. Even when I had a slight issue with the older starter motor, they gave me no trouble at all and didn’t quibble about warranty. They simply got the bike back, ordered and fitted the part in no time and were friendly and welcoming all the way through. This is how a dealership should be run. I had the pleasure of dealing with Nick at London Motorcycles when buying my first bike, a Honda Shadow VT125. After a couple of disappointments locally, I was really impressed with the service from the London Motorcycles crew. I live in Scotland, so was not able to get down to London, however, Nick kindly sent videos of the bike, was open about a couple of blemishes given it was a used bike and even took the time to respond to my many emails after I bought the bike. Customer care and aftersales is so important and it was top notch. Would not hesitate buying from London Motorcycles again and highly recommend them, whether you're local or farther afield.

After many days of googling and ringing around other dealers we stumbled across London Motorcycles Hammersmith. We were looking for a bike for my wife to use on the track and occasionally on the road. From the initial phone call to riding off with her new bike all the staff were extremely helpful. Lots of great bikes in stock, all clean and looked ready to roll. We were really impressed with the choice and the wife ended up riding away with a completely different bike to what she thought she wanted. We had spent days googling GSX’s and she rode away on a 4year old CBR 650. All I can say is thank you so much for making my life a lot easier and her life a lot happier. I have bought many bikes throughout my lifetime and this has to be the simplest and happiest purchase of all. We will be back!!

These guys are great. I bought my first bike from them and they have been nothing but helpful throughout.
