Recieved my bike last night. I must say that i was a bit concerned, given the fact I only seen the bike online and paid for the deposit over the phone. What i can say is that Sarah was absolutely brilliant and 2 weeks later i got my Kawasaki ER6-F with 2050 miles on the clock delivered to my doorstep. The bike is in a brilliant condition, fully serviced and ready to go. Will definetly do business with these guys in the future. I highly recomend them!

This was my first experience ever of buying a motorbike, from start to finish I felt that I was in good hands, the staff made me feel very comfortable! I got a great deal on a second hand Vespa, with no idea about anything to do with bikes or insurance the staff very patiently and non judgementally answered all of my questions, gave me reassurance and along with a beautiful bike I was also left with a feeling of trust knowing the shop will be there to help if I ever needed any advice, more questions answered or mechanical / practical help with my bike. I believe the actual buisness is family run and you can really expect the same type of hospitality you would get at a lovely family home!

My experience with MM Motorcycles has been fantastic, I was on the market for a new bike and Maurizio had exactly what I was looking for! I got myself a Triumph Tiger 800 XRT in brilliant conditions, which unfortunately was knocked over by a driver 4 months later after purchase, knowing MM Motorcycles not only sells but also services bikes, I immediately contacted them to see what could be done to recover the bike, I though at the time it had been vandalised but Maurizio reckoned it was knocked over - which we later find to be true (through finding CCTV footage on location). If it wasn't for this unfortunate event this would be a review about a simple purchase of a bike, but it is not, and MM Motorcycles does deserve credit where credit is due. MM Motorcycles was ready to do the necessary repairs on the bike, receiving parts and work was estimated around 2 weeks... little did we know that throughout 6-7 months the third party insurance gave us hell, they hidden their inspection report, they marked the bike as write off without consent, etc... in the meantime MM Motorcycles kept the bike safe for me until matters got resolved. I can't thank MM Motorcycles enough, they went above and beyond on this one, not only did they provided a great service and great support but they also copped with the whole absurd stressful situation for months and brought the bike back to it's full glory, it rides and feel as it should, absolutely no problems with the motorcycle. If you are on the market for a motorcycle, talk with Maurizio, he will surely sort you out. Thank you Maurizio and everyone at MM Motorcycles

A bit like Ronseal, does what it says on the tin. Although I did have to go back and get the chain tightened even though it was on the MOT advisory. The Mechanic was spot on when I took the bike back to get it toghtened. Was promised a call back about the bike and rear seat....never did get that call. I prefer the back room staff to the front room staff. Maybe they should swap!!

MM Motorcycles made my first experience of buying a motorbike effortless. Sarah answered all my 101 questions, sat down and went through paperwork and even called me the next day to see if I made it home okay on my new bike!! They put the bike through the workshop before I was able to take it home later that day, making sure everything was working as it should, put a sparkly new numberplate on as well as L plates without any additional charges. The guy then talked me through the bike before I set off on my journey. Thank you to all at MM Motorcycles! Great customer services!

Been going to MM Motorcycles since my first bike, and they have always produced the best quality service. The mechanics know what they are doing, and are always giving me tips on how to keep my bike in better servers by myself. If it’s a very quick simple repair they will often just charge for the part and not even the labor. Highly recommend them as they know their way rounds bikes

I have purchased my Yamaha N Max less than a week ago from these guys and they were very helpfully through the whole process. They have good range of motorbikes for every taste. Also I can see that they are not just having any machine in their garage but choose ones which are been maintained well like I noticed for mine. Also the prices are fair. Bought a suzuki van van from these guys and because i live in lancaster i was unable to go and view the bike. I visited them to lower my bike. The shop is tidy and cleaner than I thought. The engineer guy had looked my bike and recommended not to cut side stand but fit the center stand for safe. That was very honest and correct comment. The service was done within two hours. They explained the status of the bike and offer a hot coffee too, as it was very cold day. Ive been going here for a year and a half now and ive never had any problems with service, staff are friendly, and the work they do to my bike i can say is quality. The mechanics know exactly what they're doing and are just as friendly as the front of shop team. I recently had a full service and new tyres fitted to my bike and it came out of the shop the same day feeling like a brand new bike, like i say good quality workmanship and the price is always around what i expect it to be, will continue to use these guys and would highly recommend :)

Absolutely impressed with this place! They have a huge variety of bikes and scooters, so 100% you can find something for yourself. They are very patient and helpful, sit down with you and answer all questions, go through the details, and even giving a fair advice if you are in doubt. Had my 125cc scooter serviced & MOT'ed by Mike at MM Motorcycle recently. It was its first MOT so got a good service done before-hand. Scooter passed MOT no problem and even got a great clean and wax on the scooter which looked pretty much brand new afterwards. Fantastic service and experience. This is a review long due now. I had a tyre put on my motorcycle and was charged £170 fitted. Fair price for the tyre that we agreed to be fitted. When I went back for the tyre to be fitted it was extremely poor weather so I jumped on the bike and went straight home not even looking at the tyre. When I got back home I realised that the tyre we agreed to be fitted wasn't on the bike. I paid for a pirelli diablo rosso but was given a pirelli strada. Absolute awful tyre. Worse grip ever. When I called the garage back he said that was the tyre he showed me. It sure wasn't. Before I called I done my research on the strada tyre and they sell for a low price around £55.00 when I questioned why I was charged so much he said " listen when you buy tyres online you need to be careful because there are out of date" so dose this mean I should be charged just over 100 pounds... the tyre has not been changed since and I have only washed the bike the other day for the first time since visited the shop to only realise that the rim on my brand new mt09 had been completely scratched by there tyre machine ruining all the paint work. I have images to back this up if needed. Bottom line is there plesesnt people to deal with but not to be trusted.

Took my Aprilia to MM as I'd had a couple of 'slides'/loss of grip while cornering. I was concerned there could be wheel bearing issues, or perhaps an oil leak onto the tyre (not that you'd know under all of the commuting grime) MM cleaned up the bike (no mean feat), gave it a once over and established all was in working order. Road surfaces, all in my head, who knows. Despite working on the bike, they wouldn't accept any money for labour, no matter how much I insisted, and said to bring it back if I felt necessary or still wasn't happy. Great customer service, couldn't ask for any more.

Came in with my eye on one of two bikes I saw online. A fantastic K1 GSX-R 600 with only 5k miles on the clock or a 1998 GSX-R 750 (shroud). Ended up going for the 600 purely on color preference and my love for those mid-range sports bikes. wanted to wait a week of having my bike SV650 before saying anything here. after having a god awful time with another dealer messing me about for weeks. rang these guys up and within 5 minutes of given them my budget and type of bike i wanted. they had one and rolled it to the workshop to start working on it, so i could make a important ride out i had coming up. you cant go wrong. these guys know and ride bikes and make sure you are looked after. plus there range of stock is amazing. i was like a kid in candy store. thank you very much guys
