Amazing rental service, guys from the shop are really friendly and communicative. They've helped me a lot explaining all the rules and terms, given several suggestions on the places to go and traffic rules. Fast and that's possible to return motorcycle on non-working hours. Their Honda is amazing and fresh, would recommend for anyone.

I rented a 125cc learner legal bike from here to get some practice in before my Mod 2 test. I had a great experience with both booking online and when I went to pick up the bike. Shab, the manager, and the lady behind the counter were both really polite and welcoming. The bike itself was a '19 plate and in great condition. A disk lock was included in the hire for security. Everything on the bike was explained to me properly before setting off. The USB port on the handle bars was a nice touch. Returning the bike was also a really smooth process. I would definitely recommend using these guys if you would like to hire a motorbike of any size. I have hired from another company in the past and their attitude was arrogant, to put it mildly. These guys realise the importance of treating people with respect. I am really grateful for the service they provide because without the practice I did on their 125cc bike, I don't think I would have passed my test. Shab even wished me luck before I rode off and was genuinely happy to hear that I passed when I returned the bike.

It was my first time renting the bikes form these guys, and I had a wonderful experience. The staff was really helpful and nice to us. We faced no issues when renting, and there was 3 of us. I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking to rent. The bikes were brand new and the price for renting them was really cheap. The deposit was a bit expensive, but as long as you return the bike safely, they won't look for faults just to take your money. 5/5 Staff and 10/10 experience altogether.

Used them a number of occasions for service, repair and MOT as well. If you’re looking for a shiny garage with the bells and whistles you’re at the wrong place but Raceways are Decent people doing decent work on decent prices. They never ever tried to rip me off and on two occasions they saved me a lot of money by not carrying out work which wasn’t necessary like I was quoted by “branded” garages - been told that chain and sprocket was still fine for another 6-8K miles VS other garage already told me they need to be replaced or cleaned and adjusted chain when I only needed an MOT without charging anything extra.

Bought my very first scooter from Raceways back in the early 2000's and received nothing but fantastic service. Returned to scooter-commuter life a few weeks ago, and popped in with a slow tyre leak on a cheap old vespa I'd recently bought. They were able to fit my bike in within a few days and had it sorted with a new valve in little over an hour. Great service!

My wife rented me a Triumph Bonneville for my birthday weekend. The bike was clean and ran great. They had me out the door in 15 minutes, and the drop off process was the same. I definitely recommend this place.

After having work done to my bike, its safe to say that my experience was satisfactory with Raceways. I am pleased with the work they carried out on the bike, with the exception of a minor issue before riding off (always check that your clutch has been adjusted correctly). I would also suggest to anyone who requires work done to their bike to double check the price before physically paying for the work, as there was some confusion about how much I was required to pay. Other than that, the customer service was positive and I would come back to this garage in the near future.

My rental experience with Raceways was excellent. Knowledgeable staff and proprietor and great service. At one point during my rental the gear lever snapped off. It seemed as though someone had knocked the bike over causing it to twist. While the bike was in my care when this happened, and therefore my responsibility, Raceways had it replaced within half and hour and without charge. Couldn't have asked for more. Raceways also kindly agreed to helping me with an unorthodox request to use a bike in a photoshoot - very kind of them. Great store. I'll be back.

Very helpful my bike was barely running and was given all information on what was needed to get it on the road again, also very friendly service i would definately recommend raceways. Took my bike into raceways again, once more amazing service, friendly, efficient and great price. This is an amazing place! My boyfriend ended up being a bit unsure about driving around foreign countries, so we waited until the day we showed up at Raceways to ask for motorcycles. Shab was able to work with us to give us two bikes, saying if I still wanted the Triumph and was able to come back, we could swap it out with a new agreement. Not a single major problem with the bikes (we ended up renting three different ones), and we went all around England and into France. The only problem was finding neutral consistently on one of the bikes, which Shab adjusted when we came back in. We would email Shab when we had any concerns and he was quick to respond and very helpful! He also gave us tips about driving in France, which we appreciated very much! The two other employees were also extremely friendly and helpful with everything! Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

Booked a Suzuki Bandit, but when I arrived this bike was not available. Two good options were given to me, so I went for the Yamaha Fazer. Four of us hired bikes for three weeks and we covered just under 3000 miles. Throughout this whole time my bike performed very well. No mechanical issues at all, just a reliable bike with a top-box that came in very handy. The Raceways team were very helpful and gave us all of the information we needed and a chain and disc locks to secure the bikes each night.

I was coming back from another bike shop (and being a girl) where I had a pretty bad experience so when I went to Raceways I was a bit scared they would also try to take advantage of me. They did an absolute great job at fixing my bike and help me out right away. They kept me inform of the problem and the cost. I rented the Honda CBR 600 from Raceways for the weekend which was amazing fun. The bike was in perfect condition and the entire transaction was quick and effortless. I also rented accessories including gloves, helmet and jacket which at only £2 per item per day is incredibly cheap compared to competitors. I look forward to renting a bike again soon.

They gave me a good explanation of driving etticut in their country, general navigation, and details about the specific bike i rented, and a solid explanation of the deposit and potential costs or damages and expected wear and tear. They refunded my deposit fully and fairly to their word. The bike gave me no issues. They maintain their fleet well to the eye of a a guy like me who has worked professionally as a motorcycle mechanic in the USA.

Rented the keeway 125cc for a week in April to prepare for my das course. The staff were extremely helpful, gave me great advice on where to practice my manoeuvres for the mod 1. 5/5 for customer service, the bikes were well taken care of. Though I noticed the keeway did had a sticky gearbox (typically had the problem when I was kicking up from gear 1 to 2, gear seems to slip to neutral and had to kick up harder than I am used to). I told them about it when I returned the bike but being a learner with little experience, it could be down to my lack of experience on the bike. All in all I was very satisfied with the service I have got from them.

I have been using Raceways for way to long, in fact it must be 1987 or around there when the other guy owned it (Hi Greg if your reading) and have rented a few times from the new owner so i feel i sit in a good position to comment on them. Are they perfect? No of course not they have kept me waiting sometimes, normally because they are doing a service on the bike before i get it, but always very apologetic. I have had a few bike have issues, flat battery, little fuel (but then again who is going to top up a bike just before they return it and there is a couple of petrol stations less than a mile away, but all in all it's a well-run outfit, i still rent when i need a little run-around and will continue to do so. Never used them for work on my own bike, don't know why always just used them for rentals, it's nice to know i can rock up bung my wedge down and ride away with no worries about RAC/AA/Insurance. If you want to hire a bike in London you could do a lot worse than these people, no i don't work for them and I’m not related to anyway just someone who uses them now and again, and keep up the good work lads, I have not given 5 stars as i have had a few problems in the past, but as i say nobody is perfect. Anyone remember the MZ's? Jesus the kick back on those buggers....
