A fantastic experience from start to finish. I brought a new Vespa Sprint S from Karen at Scootech City and I could not fault the entire process. Karen is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Scootech City for any of your scooter needs! Thank you Karen :)

I have been using Scootech in Clerkenwell for the last 12 or so years. I would never go anywhere else!!! Karen is always welcoming, knows her stuff and probably most importantly is always honest about things, which is great as I am no expert on bikes. I always know where I stand and I know I can trust her when she offers advice, because she cares about the customer and their experience and isn't interested in selling only, which is what normally happens elsewhere!!! In addition, the mechanics are super helpful, always willing to repair or maintain my bikes on time and with a smile! I highly recommend them!! Amazing place!

Karen and her team were very helpful and guaranteed a smooth transaction selling my old scooter to a private client and then purchasing a new one at the shop. Thanks to their help it was all extremely swift and easy and within the same day I rode my new scooter back home. Happy with the service received.

The only bike shop I’ll go to. Karen is awesome. I had my latest bike shipped up from the south coast straight to her shop and her team fixed it and had it ready in no time. She also put my helmet safely one side for me in the shop, and took care of all the communications with the courier. I’ve been to her before and I’ll keep going to her. Sorry Karen, you’re stuck with me! As a women biker, I am 100% confident riding a bike that’s been through her shop. That really matters!

Looking for a reputable trader for scooters and solid maintenance shop, I did loads of research, and boy was I thankful for the google reviews mentioning Karen! As a petite woman I'm even more thankful because not only was she as knowledgeable and professional as mentioned below, she was also very nice and knew what bike would suit me best (because I'm shorter and not as strong as the average rider). Had a wonderful experience dealing with her and would only recommend her (it helps that my bike is the smoothest ride and that they helped with adding security accessories!!!)

Quick review to stress how fantastic Karen was. I spent most of lockdown thinking about getting a MP3 300 hpe. Unlike many other dealerships, Karen was super proactive, extremely helpful and genuinely keen to try and offer a great deal. Karen offered advice on the scooter, financing, right accessories, trackers, insurance recommendations, helmets... She made the whole process so effortless. I only wished I had spoken to her back in March 2020. It would have saved me a lot of leg work and many frustrating conversations. I ended buying a brand-new MP3 with the Piaggio skirt, top box, tracker and alarm. The team of mechanics, and Amedeu in particular, happily spent 45-60 minutes "showing me around the bike" and giving me invaluable practical advice. Karen called me the day after I picked up the scooter to make sure everything was going well. I will definitely continue to use Scootech City for all my future Piaggio needs including the services. Really amazing experience. Thanks Karen!

From the moment I walked into the shop and spoke with Karen and Amadeo i got absolute 5* Service. I bought all that I needed there and then. A beautiful scooter, Helmets' Jacket and lock. It was all done at a very competitive price. 2 years later. They continue to help me. They have done all my servicing and I trust them completely. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. I went in having not yet passed my CBT and explained to Karen that I was doing it the following week so would like to set up the finance etc now and then come and collect it the following week. She was so accommodating and made sure everything was sorted before I passed my CBT so I could just drive away. She helped me pick a helmet and allowed me to sit on the scooter which would be mine before I had even paid the deposit to ensure I felt comfortable. As a woman who has never had a scooter before I was a bit nervous that I would be looked on and laughed at and taken advantage of as I didn’t know much about scooters but she was amazing and put me at complete ease. Even when I had a tiny problem with my wing mirror she was more than happy to help me sort it. I could not be thankful enough and I love my little scooter. It’s such a smooth and comfortable ride and I will always be going back to Scootech for my servicing and maintenance. Thank you Karen! Ladies get yourself here and get yourself a lovely new ride!

I went to few other motorbike shops to fix my front light and was getting the same problem straight after I left the service. Found those guys - dedicated to Italian bikes, as I own Piaggio Zip 50cc - and they correct something and sorted the problem for me during the first visit! Very happy with them 🙂

We have been talking about getting a scooter for some time now, so I looked at my local dealers. Scootech City was 1 of 3 we looked at. We found our lovely GTS 300 super there and no other dealer had that model. Karen really looked after us and gave us good discounts on all the accessories we had to get with the scooter. All the team at Scootech city are friendly and easy to deal with. I would definitely go back to them, and in fact I did, to get another one of the Viper helmets!

Great as always. Needed advice on winter gear for my bike now that the weather has turned quite cold. Very reasonably priced and top quality gloves, muffs and legcover Always a delight chatting to Karen and her chief mechanic really knows his stuff. One of her more recognisable customers popped by as well, which was a welcome surprise. Top of my list when it comes to all my scooter needs. Shame they don't sell new Hondas though.

Thank you to the team for fixing my wing mirror and also taking the time to identify my unusual issue with my Vespa LX. They were very detailed with their investigation and found I had a key ecu issue. Karen explained the issue to me in plain English and not jargon, she also called me a few days later to see if My Vespa was behaving. Horrible people but read on.. . The customer service and general attitude of this establishment beggar belief. When looking for a motorcycle battery I informed the staff member that the quoted price was a full 90% higher than any other vendor I'd seen, including infinity and halfords (yes really). I was advised to go elsewhere (rather rudely) which as it turns out was good advice as elsewhere the service, attitude and cost was actually rather agreeable (halfords in Milton Keynes). Thank you scootech. You saved me money and made me smile. If you want to save money and smile perhaps you should heed scootechs advice - go elsewhere.

I'm a scooterist of 30 years, scooter shops are at best a place to get ripped off by friends, thats life! But scootech is different. They love scooters, their mechanic is passionate and salaried, the dolly on the till (ho ho) likewise. A great serice, no bullsh*tting, friendly and helpful. Go there and be surprised. Its not JB scooters, but they do a great job in the city, never dissappointed
