Took my Kawasaki ZX6R for servicing, MOT and a few minor repairs. The service overall was great; communication was thorough (what needed to be done/detailings of what had been done) the guys are friendly. Even knocked of £20 on the overall cost. Paulo and the team have a high quality of workmanship being recommended and having recently completed a full service & belt replacement to my Ducati 848 Streetfighter. The team at Uno Motorcycles performed a service and MOT on a Yamaha that was in need of a little work. Both were performed as agreed for a sensible price and the team even gave the bike a thorough wash before returning it. It wasn't quite clear when the bike would be ready but I had said I wasn't in a hurry so I may be partly to blame for that. Will be using them again.

These guys are great. They listen to you and try to understand what the issue is. The turn around time is rapid. I have been there twice now and both times I dropped my scooter off in the AM and it was ready for collection that afternoon. Most importantly they won't rip you off and will always try and repair the bike in the most cost effective way. They were recommended to me by a friend of mine and I don't regret the decision to take my bike in.

Very honest and helpful. I asked them to change a tyre and they advised that I had another month or so before I needed to change it. Most shops would take your money given half a chance, but these guys are genuinely honest with you about any work that needs to be done. They are always very flexible and will try and fit you in at short notice. They also came and picked me up once in their van when my scooter broke down - Absolutely top-class service!

Uno have been so kind to me. They've helped me out on a number of occasions. Their prices are fairly reasonable and their customer service is awesome. I've had 1 or 2 communication mishaps - one where they lost my number so couldn't call to say my bike was ready and I wondered what was talking so long, and another where I asked for a quote before they started repairs but the repairs got started anyway. Both of these are made up for by their helpful advice, their expertise and how they go the extra mile - giving me a free L plate when I needed one, putting air in my tires, tightening my breaks...

Excellent customer service! Paulo and his fellow mechanic are really nice guys, knowledgeable and upfront. I had been searching for a mechanic for sometime to fix my evo powerboard and these guys were the only ones that didn't laugh me out of the shop for not owning a typical motorcycle/moped. Although they were unsure if they could fix it Paulo said to leave it with him and he would do his best. He didn't lie. Now my scooter glides like it did when I first purchased it. Great service from the guys It’s the first time using this garage because I got a new bike and it was under warranty with BMG scooters and every time my bike went wrong BMG was not giving it the service it needed so now out of its warranty I can use a garage that I think is suitable and reliable for me and my bike And I am not disappointed the work was all done in a working day and the best quality parts used . My experience at Uno has been great. They haven't always been able to identify my mechanical problems immediately, but through a lengthy problem with my 2 stroke they stuck at it and were able to get my bike going and charged me a very fair price. As will all mechanics, I would recommend your source parts online and supply Uno with the parts ready for fitment. It's always worth checking around for pricing online or at other workshops, but in my experience the guys here are honest and carge very reasonable prices.

Ali and his team at Uno provided an excellent and very honest service. After having taken my 13 year old Fazer to other mechanics who ripped me off, Ali took the time and effort to work out the bike's real problem, talk through the options and fixed it perfectly. These guys are great. Real old school mechanics. No job is beneath them. I dropped my bike off to them late one evening to diagnose an electrical problem and fit a new starter. A job which Chiswick Honda seemed unable to do but took my money to take a look anyway. Unexpectedly they had it on the bench straight away and started looking for the issue! Next evening she was ready and has been working great since. Fair prices and excellent service. Actually just dropped the CBR off today for another job and he reckons it'll be done in a couple of hours. Awesome work guys.

After getting knocked off my bike in the morning, I called to have it checked and repair an indicator. The team could see me straight away, repaired the indicator and checked if the bike was safe to ride, including tyre pressure. Only charged me for the light bulb. They've gained a new customer, I highly recommend!

My experience with Uno has been quite good and I have no hesitation in recommending them. They have a very transparent way of working and will go over the options with you generally. In my case, Ali not only provided a comprehensive quote with various option for my honda PCX. Then also connected me with another client to sell my scooter for a smooth transaction. Throughout the chaps were quite understanding even though the scooter was left at their garage for a long time. They are not like a labelled garage with one size fits all solutions, but rather give you the options for quality vs price. Keep up the standard guys!

I have a 20 year old VZ800 Marauder. Not only did Paolo come and collect my bike when it wouldn't start, but Uno then did a fantastic job fixing it (drain tank, new fuel pump, new spark plugs, balance carbs etc.) for what I considered to be an excellent price and a lot less than I had anticipated. Faultless work and my bike rides better than I can remember. Nice people too.

This morning on the way to work my Vespa LX150 broke down just few hundreds meter from the shop. I have never used this shop and I was really positively impressed. The guys were very polite and as soon as they opened they looked at my Vespa. Paulo the brazilian chap was really knowledgeable and explain step by step the problem. They also resolved few other minor things and they did not took any shortcut. For example few screws here and there were missing and without even telling me they used their owns. The price was very fair and I will be back for my service and for any other job. I really recommend it

The thing that I love about these guys is that they will do the job that many garages are terrified to do. I have been let down by many places before, and I consider myself lucky to have found this place. They did not give the common bulls**t answer "We cant say what is the problem, Let it get worse and then we look at it". In short Uno motorcycles were not put off by the complexity of the repair, they pin pointed the issue, and got it fixed as it should. I had a problem with my bike, took it to few garages, and all could not figure out the annoying sound, and told me to leave it to get worse and then they will have a look, what an upsetting and ridiculous answer! is it that mechanics these days are bloody lazy, and dont want to deal with uncommon problems! I took my bike to unomotorcyles and they asked me to leave it overnight. I got a call from them the next morning saying that all is fixed and to come and take it for a ride to make sure. Bingo!
