Arrived with a poorly done puncture repair by myself. Marek saved the rear tire - he glued a patch from the inside. He also discovered damage one of the wheel bearings in the rear wheel - seriously? In less than 15k miles bike? Shame on you, Honda. And I'm not a stunt rider. Even I wish to be one I couldn't - I ride Honda NC750X DCT :)) He replaced that and he lubricated the chain even I did not ask for (although it needed to be lubricated). All done in same day within an hour. Thanks Marek, I'll come again!

Mr Urbanik is an old school mechanic: he will fix what’s wrong rather than buying new parts like many dealerships do. He fixed an issue with the fork of my BMW K1100RS, change the seals and bushes and put fresh oil and MOT. It now handles like new! Best motorbike servicing and repair I have found in West London. Over the last 15 years I've tried a lot of them. I left my old Fazer in for a complete overhaul and it came back running and looking like new. Marek is incredibly knowledgable about all makes of bikes, he is interested, only fixes what is needed and is patient and generous with advice. Highly recommended.

I found Marek on the web and took in my Yamaha Vmax to have the exhaust system replaced, and asked if he could look into a slight misfiring problem and also do an MOT. He did this very quickly and efficiently for a very reasonable charge and pointed out a few things that might need doing if I'd like to bring it back. He clearly knows motorcycles inside out and I feel lucky I found him!

A MECHANICAL WIZARD. I have bought my bike countless times and he was able to fix and tune my bike to perfection. I have tried other garages, and frankly they are all overly priced. Merick will only charge you for the repair of fault and labour. Don't waste your money on other garages, they will scam you.

It's one of the very few motorcycle garages in west London. They somehow disappeared over the years. Mark is an old school type mechanic who can do everything and anything and can improvise too to find a quick solution where others would scratch their heads or wait for the expensive parts. Solid reliable garage and most importantly relatively inexpensive with a rate of £45 per hour and no VAT added. Five out of five stars. Highly recommended.

Marek, at Urbanik is 'THE Motorcycle Magician'! i am ashamed to say that my motorbike was dirty, dishevelled, dry and desperate, sounded like a lawn mower! 1 day later I picked up a sleek purring puma. not only had Marek and his team replaced tyres, clutch cable, chain and sprocket at 2/3 rds the cost I had been quoted elsewhere, the tank had been 't' cut, all moving parts lubricated and a missing, life saving bolt put into the braking system, without asking and at no charge. This is a company that goes the extra mile in order that your motorbike goes for miles and miles, safely. I have absolutely no affiliation with Marek other than i will not be taking my bike anywhere else, ever. Marek is the man.

I called in to book my bike in for a service expecting to have to wait a week ,but Mark told me to leave it with him and I had the bike back within 2 hours ! Fantastic service and very good value,Its great to be able to find someone reliable and honest .
