Honestly I don't normally bother with reviews but man, they chap who's name i think was josh who was running the show was EPIC. So polite, so professional, so quick and so customer service orientated - best i've seen in months maybe years. I will servicing my scooter here all the time. SUCH GREAT SERVICE!! First class service. Bought fiido d11. Had some issue with the battery. Contacted fiido. They send the spart part. They asked me to book at their officiel repair shop. The repair was done the same day.

Not going to lie , changing the tyre on the scooter was expensive but I tried myself and its very hard to do. So glad I found this place thou John who I dealt with was so helpful and knowledgeable, will be using them again again in the near future.
