After having poor service at another store where I was told it wouldn't be possible to order stock rotors for my 2014 Breakout I called HD Warrs. Dom and Ray in servicing and parts were most helpful and managed to source the rotors instantly, great customer service and experience as these guys can't do enough for you. it's just a shame I don't live closer to this branch as I would use them for servicing but will definitely be using these guys for parts in the future. This Dealership makes the impossible happen. I tried everywhere to buy a CVO Triglide, to no avail.Spoke to these guys on 29th September,2 months later it was built & in the showroom. The service I received from Bruno & Rob was first class, in fact when I went down to see the trike, I also bought a 114 Street Bob as a second bike. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble, they were both delivered to me in the north east of England at the beginning of December. The whole deal including my part exchange was all done over the phone,just brilliant. This dealership knows, how to look after customers, your not just a number, would recommend these guys to anybody. Once again a big thanks to Bruno & Rob.

I have used Warr's about 3 times now. Firstly to enquire about a s/h Road King and was served by Rob Warr. We were heading into Covid and I dithered about the sale, however Robb was first rate in his approach. The next two times have been to the parts department for advice. Both times I was treated excellently. I thought that seeing as I have had superb service from them, but to date have not given them any money, that it would be right to give them their credit. So, if Warrs are reading this, well done, and the chap I spoke to yesterday in parts about Velocity Red paint needs a gold star put on his chart.

I visited Warr’s Harley-Davidson in last October. It was a joy to visit the oldest Harley dealer in Europe. The staff were friendly and helpful. I purchased few souvenirs and riding gear from them. On the display there were some of the really classic examples of bikes.

I've been meaning to go to Warr's for a while and made my first visit today to price up my first Harley. I was greeted by Joshua and his customer service was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and he spent the time to go through all aspects of what I'm looking for with my bike, showing me various bikes to compare exhaust builds. Sending a big thankyou to all at Warr's Harley Davidson Southeast. I am a new customer and decided to give Warr's a try after receiving very bad service elsewhere. I had a 10,000 mile full service on my Softail yesterday and felt the need to respond. Firstly; Shaun and the staff made me feel very welcome from the very first phone call, I always receive a warm welcome and happy faces whenever I visit the dealership and all the staff are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to talking technical and they are always happy to answer my questions and give me their full attention. I am very pleased with the work which was carried out on my bike. The price was very reasonable and the workmanship was very good and completed within 2 hours while I waited in the comfy lounge area. My bike had no faults and ran perfectly before the service was undertaken, but somehow It rode home feeling even sweeter!! I am a very hard customer to please when it comes to customer service, but "hats-off" to all at Warr's Harley Davidson, excellent customer service is very hard to find, you have earned my respect and you deserve the great reputation you have built. I look forward to my next visit, safe in knowledge that these guys number 1 policy is customer satisfaction!!

Warr’s is the epitome of a premium consumer experience. The showroom is fantastic, the staff are knowledgable and enthusiastic and everyone from the workshop to the reception desk has an absolute OBSESSION for the brand. I recently had a full Stage 1 & 2 on my Sport Glide and the team walked me through every step of the process, helped me with my decision and guided my choices (I needed guiding - believe me!!) to ensure that I had exactly what I was after. They collected and delivered the bike and had all the work done in a couple of days. I couldn’t have been happier. FIRST CLASS.

What more could you ask from a motorcycle dealership? I have dealt with a number of dealerships across a number of brands, including Triumph and Norton, but none have impressed me as much as Warr's in Chelsea. I bought a second-hand 48 from them some time ago which was then improved a bit by Charlie (who does phenomenal custom work). It was sold to me by Bruno who gives really good, knowledgable and sound advice and it was serviced by John and Chris who are also very knowledgeable and a real pleasure to deal with. I was considering a more 'spouse' friendly bike and John was amazingly helpful in arranging a Softail Heritage for us to consider. I have recently bought a new Softail Slim (which is a very special edition and Bruno and the guys knew I was looking for) and Bruno sold my 48 for me. He got me my asking price and saved me all the hassles of doing it myself. My Softail has just had its 1,000 mile service with them and all was great. I would highly recommend Warr's - particularly Bruno, John, Chris and Charlie to anyone considering buying a bike.

This is now resolved and turned out fantastic, initially Warrs's would not let me take my unused unopened helmet back after 2 days or exchange or credit (its the only policy they have but do not tell you while you're buying ) So this turned out really well, John Warr changed his policy, exchanged the new helmet ordered the new one customised 70's black lace helmet they even paid for the custom upgrade as the black lace comes with black webbing as standard I ordered money with chrome trim which looks fantastic, expensive but you only have one head! Hats Off to John Warr and Glyn for sorting this out, went to Ace Cafe today which happened to be a Harley meet ( plus Triumph's) and loads of people commented on the helmet so I am sure you'll see some new orders

For me Warrs have always been the No1 dealership, synonymous with Harley Davidson. I've been a customer now for almost 40 years and although there have been many changes, the one constant has always been excellent quality of service, even to the point of going out of their way to help with a problem. Been coming to these guys for the last four years. Always end up staying for a chat. Some times over an hour and a half. Wide selection of bikes and parts. Worth going in just to check out the selection. A nice mix of new and used motors. Some great custom work is also on display. Pop upstairs and there is a wide selection of clothing and apparel. Sadly a little pricey for my pocket but then again it's the Harley brand. You'll also find some great Warrs own apparel. All the guys there are friendly and great for offering advise. Never push for a sale. Though with all the stuff on offer you'll usually leave with something for the bike.

Since 1989 I’ve bought about eight bikes here including a custom made machine. I’ve also used them for servicing and customising on other bikes. I used to think the overall experience a lesson to the auto trade. It was superb. It was an incredibly warm and friendly place (although I’ve noticed in recent years the sales team has become increasingly less so). However , after a serious accident with life changing injuries I needed to sell my Harley. They had me over a barrel and were less than helpful. The bike was eventually sold for next to nothing after a series of mishaps. They even threatened to dump the bike back with me despite knowing I was wheelchair bound with nowhere to keep it. What price loyalty? Very sad

As Harley lovers and owners we decided it would be cool to check out the oldest Harley shop in Europe. It was a bit far from where we were staying but made the trip. We were a bit disappointed, as it's quite small and lacking in merchandise. Most Harley stores we've been too have many different clothes to choose from, including accessories (cups, hats, belts, etc) although we did see cool boots and shoes we haven't seen before and socks too. lol The staff were very friendly and of course it had some cool bikes.

There are several historical motorcycles among new and used bikes - a good concept in the store. In the first floor you can find clothes and accessories. Of course I got a Warr's-Pin for my HOG-vest. Went to London a dream come true for me we’ve been Harley riders since the 70’s the number one thing I wanted to do was visit the famous store but unforeseen circumstances made us be really late to the store in which we only had 3 minutes to grab what we wanted before the machines shut down. I was so disappointed that I didn’t get to buy more or even take pictures. The selection was very small on women’s clothing and men’s T-shirt’s guess I’ll be ordering on line.
