Very friendly staff I spoke to George this morning and he did adjustment on front forks and shocker on my versys 650/2014 model. Job done in 40 mins. Could feel difference already on way back to MCR. Reasonable price and professional approach. Would recommend.

Just been for a ride on my 2020 Speed Triple RS after having my suspension set up today by Kias Suspension and can tell you it really does make a difference. Fantastic work for the money and they spend their time to answer all of my questions, which to me being a total novice at this sort of stuff I thought was great service as you really get to appreciate what you have spent your money on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Suspension is a very particular subject, mainly because ua mere mortals can't always explain what's going on. At Kais, they take the time to really understand your needs, and go through your options. I've used them on several bikes and will always go back because for the ease of service, they always deliver. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Fantastic shop!

Took my Yamaha MT09 here today to have the suspension set up as it was a little on the soft side. I was greeted by the team who were really friendly. Handed my bike over to Gordon for 30mins why he dialled in the suspension to my weight. What a transformation!! Although I'm on the limits of the suspension settings (common with MT09's), the bike feels absolutely planted now in the corners, regardless of speed or lean angle. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys, fantastic service and a friendly bunch. Thanks again Gordon!
