Only a half decent product purchased but didn't fit properly, even after comparing UK and US hat sizes which should have been correct. Hatband was also loose, not even secured on the hat and the brim was not shapable as led to believe in advert. Had to return hat and spent extra to ship back to UK, then only got reimbursed for cost of item and not original shipping to have it delivered when purchased although they promised in a message to refund me for both the item and original shipping cost. Tried contacting them a few times to insist on FULL REFUND OF BOTH, but got no reply. It then took going through PayPal and Ebay twice who were of no help and a giving them a less than stellar review of this company to make them take action. They then they only gave me a partial refund for original shipping and not even the whole amount. On top of that they finally contacted me when they refunded me for the shipping after all that trouble and then practically begged me to edit or delete this review. So, I edited it now to tell the whole truth. Maybe now they'll do better customer service, but I for one won't be buying from them again. They just have lousy customer service that I will no longer be soliciting.

Awesome shop. The only one in the whole of Manchester that I could find a cut (waistcoat) at. I needed one ASAP, and they helped me find the perfect size for the perfect price. Seems amazing quality so far!
