Really good experience, took my grandson to buy his first helmet, jacket, and gloves. Most helpful gentleman sorted out sizes, and colours. Great prices. What's not too like. Would recommend to anyone.

Good bike but poor customer service. Bought bike last year for my son. Came with no owners manual . I have emailed cheapbikesrus on a number of occasions and left messages on their voicemail but alas no replies to any. All I want is an owners manual and parts for a service. Just picked up a brand new Lexmoto Hunter and the guys at CBRS couldn't have been more helpful. Great service. Great bike. Even got a top box in the deal. Generally a pretty impressive show room. With a nice variety of bikes mainly 125 in a nice quite location. Unfortunately the memeber Of staff I was talking to had very little knowledge on the bikes and made me feel uncomfortable about spending potential £1499 on the Yamasaki ym50 since the seller had little knowledge on bikes in genaral let alone that bike. Also the bike I did want the Yamasaki YM50 was out of stock for almost 3 months and as a result of me getting impatient I decided to go elsewhere and get a Keeway RKS 125. But other than that a genarally nice place with an impressive collection I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to make any enquiries on the bikes. But the place is slightly over priced since after some long research ive found places slightly cheaper by a few hundred. But all in all not a bad place. When I did call about delivery I was told that they don’t deliver the bikes which in my opinion is poor since 99% of bikes companies will have some sort of carrier who would deliver bikes to the customers. When I did try to get the attention of one of the sellers who look a lot more proffesinal I felt I was talking to a brick wall since the seller was talking to what look like to be a friend of his about a completely different topic I waited for around 10 minutes then gave up and left. I would have brought the bike I wanted of them if the seller knew about the bike and the bike was actually in stock for me to test drive rather than wait 3 months. Regards Raph

Their web site said they were open but unfortunately we were not allowed in show area but they had a few bikes out side and they did speak to us at a distance saying we could order on line unfortunately we are not willing to do this
