Gave Bryan my 2013 Ducati Multistrada 1200 for various jobs, fit new brake discs, retaining bolts and pads, fit new chain & sprockets and install a quickshifter
I collected the bike today and found that Bryan had taken the trouble to set up the quickshifter by linking to his phone, and test rode it to ensure he handed it over in perfect running order
The ride home was fantastic as I could feel the benefit of the work that had been done
As ever, I’ve been really impressed by the communication I got through the process using several pictures he sent via WhatsApp so I could see progress and the way he cleaned and lubricated the parts as he stripped and replaced
Using IDD gives me confidence that the bike will go on for years as his expert eye can spot things pro actively meaning I can get maintenance done before facing any mechanical failures
I’m off to Norway up to Nordkapp in June, and I have faith that my Ducati will get me there and back without missing a beat, due to Bryan’s attention to detail
I highly recommend my fellow Ducati owners to contact Bryan at IDD, and discuss work you need doing

M. C.Took my track 848 to Bryan after a crash in Almeria where the bike sustained serious engine damage. Bryan replaced the affected engine casings and did a full engine strip down replacing the big end shells and any other bearings and components that needed attention. Since the rebuild the bikes been to Cadwell and Brands hatch and runs perfectly.
I thoroughly recommend Bryan he has a good attention to deal and is extremely knowledgable of all the Ducati models, thanks Bryan!
C. R.I had a complete flat rear tyre on my ZX14. A friend gave me Bryan's contact details. He collected and returned the bike with new tyre fitted and a nice bonus was it had been washed and polished (which it needed!)
