Bought a Moto Guzzi V7 from Mo Tech and the whole process was smooth and simple. The bike is a gem. Just had first service done and once again everything was perfect and completed quickly. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend you pop in if your after a bike or a service.

Big shout out to Andy the technician who helped fix my bike, you won't find his picture on their site, but if you're curious to know which one Andy is when you pull up, just look for the one who looks Vegan, you can't miss him ;) One more time. I had an absolutely stellar experience with this Workshop! My Scooter broke down during my holiday here and these Guys were ready and able to fix it in time (Ferry!!). I brought a broken, beaten, ancient Scooter from the 70s they had never seen before, and they didn't even break a sweat and were extremely friendly and eager. Thank you!

I'm a newbie to bikes and scooters and called these guys asking for a a price on a Piaggio Medley, which to be fair wasnt really the style i was looking for but the engine got really good write ups on the net and every other dealer/brands were having stock issues. A lad called Neil there informed me that a new Aprilia scooter was just about to hit the market with same engine and spec but looks wise it was exactly what i was looking for. Ive just purchased the bike which Paul from Mo-Tech kindly dropped off for no extra charge. Would recommend these guys to any1 so easy to deal with all the lads there know there stuff so if your a newbie like me give them a call, id rang loads of their competitors before Motech and they blew them out the water for customer service!

My partner (Paul Gray) bought a moto guzzi v7 from Mark at motech mid pandemic. The bike took a long time to arrive with the pandemic and Mark did everything possible yo help where he could. the customer service we received was great especially under the circumstances. After sales is brilliant. There qas a small set up issue with the bike which Mark sorted out straight away. We cant thank Mark enough for all of the help and support

Had some tyres fitted at mo-tech today. Lambretta tubeless rims (a.f rayspeed) which are notoriously difficult to get on.....4 other tyre fitters had failed! Not a problem for these guys. Fantastic service. Highly recommended.

if your bike is your pride and joy mo-tec is the only place in the north east to take it,they have been by far the best motorcycle dealer/repair shop i have come across in the north east and i will never use any one apart from them again. i took my bike in two different shops before them to have the electrics and other repairs done which both couldn't solve the issues.i took it to mo-tec and they have done a fantastic job of bringing the bike back to life. Highly recommended great friendly team!!!

Absolutely 5 star service from the guys at Mo-Tech. I bought a Vespa ET4 125 from them and then a Vespa GTV 300. They couldn’t have been more helpful. I’ve had a couple of punctures and their after care service is outstanding (they were able to help me out immediately). I would highly recommend them.

Great local company My son recently bought a used vintage Vespa from Motech after having had his previous one serviced and repaired there. We've always found everyone there to be really helpful and any time the bike had been in they always explained exactly what was wrong, what they did and gave a few tips on making sure it doesn't happen again. In buying this new bike Paul, Neil and the team went out of their way to make sure that the bike was in perfect working order before they would deliver it and afterwards sorted out a couple of teething problems that we expected from a bike of this age very quickly. Buying a used scooter privately is always a bit of a lottery even from a dealer and you're never sure what you're going to get. Motech aren't like other dealers and won't release a bike unless they are 100% sure its ok which is probably one of the reasons why they have been so successful for so long.
