This shop has been around for 20 odd years with the same family. No pressure sales . The guy spent time to go through and understand what I needed and new trends after selling all my bike gear and bike. They have good deals on designer bike wear / accessories. Definitely do their job customer care at it’s best

I’ve just bought a Shoei Hornet ADV helmet from Proto on Westgate Road. It was my first time shopping there. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, I got a very good price for the helmet I wanted, and will certainly shop there again.

Staff were fantastic. They were able to help me in every way and definitely know their stuff. Could not find anything I was looking for near me (Scotland)ended up in proto motorbike clothing in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Plenty of stock , and the chap who served me was very knowledgeable, and helpful. Would not hesitate to go back.

The service was fantastic. Chris was amazing. Very helpful. Helmet for my son was delivered by the next day but it was too small. He delivered another one which was perfect and arranged for the small one to be collected. No hassle return service. I would highly recommend them. BRILLIANT

Couldn't fault the service. Looked for my first helmet had in mind what type I wanted and the price range. The helmet i was shown was a bit more than I wanted to pay but that wasn't even an issue. Got a Shark for less than anyone on the internet Really happy With their recommendation. Got some gloves too fit perfect. Be back next pay day for some more stuff.

Bought my first set of leathers here. they were really good value and did me well. then bought gloves, my lads leathers, and most recently a pair of SIDI boots. Brilliant value and price matched internet too so cant get any cheaper. The guy is a great help. The boots i wanted were not in stock so he ordered them in, and delivered them to my house FREE OF CHARGE! I live in blackpool and every time i visit Newcastle i pop in and grab myself a bargain! If you are visiting Newcastle and are a bike i cant recommend this place enough. 5 stars from me.

Hi I live in Hartlepool I buy my bike gear from Proto, why? I have been riding for about 5yrs and I have always bought my gear from Proto, these guys are always polite great prices and above all there after sales service is the best I have seen anywhere for a longtime. i would recommend anybody to call in and see for them selves nothing is to much trouble. i would like to thank them for there support and i will see them again soon need some winter gloves.

Very nice motorbike clothing shop lots to choose from Pelle I think is the shop owner is a great help prices are fair yes you can shop on the internet...but with motorcycle gear you need to try it on prices are just or not even better than the internet.... don't take my word for it go and see.💀♠️

The shop has very good quality leather clothes, boots, helmets, Jeans etc. I visited it many times and I loved the stuff there. The prices are very reasonable.

The only bike shop youll ever need, well for clothing that is anyways, excellent quality and staff who actually have an interest in you as a biker rather then just taking your money.
