I recently bought a classic 4 cylinder bike that was running very poorly. Andy and his team collected the bike and went through it - sonic cleaning of the carbs and then rebuilt them from top to bottom. Replaced a lot of the ancillaries and set it all up for me. Came back purring - feels like a different bike. It’s increasingly difficult to find engineers that have the old school skills and don’t rely on diagnosis by computer. Andy and his team are the people to go to. Thanks Andy.

I had a slide on my motorbike just outside this shop due to a sudden hail storm and the lovely, amazing staff took a look at my motorbike and made sure both it and I were okay and helped me get my bike home safely too. After searching for a motorcycle garage that was near and handy I found these guys and boy am I glad I did! Firstly let me say that I have been using their services for a good while now and not once I have I been let down. Not only do the hard working staff complete the job (no matter how big or small) on time, it quite often comes in under the price estimated! Although always appearing to be busy they always make time for the personal touch and explain what they have done and why and importantly they do not do this in a condescending manner (since I know next to nothing about repairing my beloved scooter) I would and do highly recommend this garage as fair, honest, polite and professional.

Just picked my scooter up from these guys after not getting very good service from another local motorbike garage. These guys were fantastic, knowledgeable and professional from the first phone call to book the bike in. had a list of things that needed doing and they did all of them and a few extra tweeks too. when i reeled on the list of problems I had their response was pretty much .. "no problem" after receiving such rubbish, service and communication from the other garage I didn't hold out much hope, but ABC were amazing. Never made you feel silly if you aren't mechanically minded. Cost of all the work came in at a very reasonable price and they manage to service or repair parts not just charging me for replacements. Can't recommend enough. Will now have all mine and my partners scooter repairs, servicing and MOT's done here.

Fantastic very hard working motorcycle garage. First ever MOT I choose ABC Motorcycles. First class service offered a drink and somewhere to sit while you wait. Happy polite staff. You can also watch your bike going through its MOT on a monitor in the waiting area at the front of the shop. I Will use again, many friends use the same garage they also think its 5 star

i started using these guys because they where close to work, now we have moved i do not hesitate to travel miles to use them. I recommend them to all of my friends and have had no negative feedback. They are bikers who run a friendly efficient shop, do not charge you for things that do not need doing and will always try to help you out. I have found their prices to be very reasonable. They will talk you through what needs to be done and explain, even if you are not that mechanically minded. They have fitted me in at short notice and got me back on the road ASAP when the bike has let me down. They do MOT's as well as servicing and have lent me a Scooter while my bike was being serviced. As i said earlier I do not hesitate to recommend them. Speak to them or even better pop around to see them, nice trustworthy people. If you go go to see them they are tucked in a unit behind AutoHouse on the Dereham road.

Just had my bike MOT'd and the service was second to none. Upon arrival I was greeted in a friendly manner and offered a brew. The mechanic swiftly came through and took my bike to the MOT bay out back. The chap out front spoke to me about bikes and general stuff, and was very easy going, he then proceeded to swing a monitor around so I could see the mechanic conducting the MOT (how honest and transparent is that!) After wards the mechanic took the time to come out and speak to me about how things went, and was very knowledgeable. All in all I will not go anywhere else for motorcycle related work as I had an excellent experience.

The best motorcycle garage in Norwich in my opinion. I have been to a few different places and none compare in terms of customer service. Also not lacking in knowledge as every employee I've spoken to always knows what they are talking about. Andy has always gone above and beyond for me whether it's just doing that bit extra or staying a bit later to take my bike in as everyone now has busy lives. 5/5 for me couldn't couldn't be happier, Andy will always get my custom from now on.

I was passing ABC Motorcycles today when I noticed I had lost a fairing spacer and bolt from my 1977 MV Agusta 350s. I stopped by to see if they had a bolt that would get me home. Today my husband went to have a brighter running light put on his Honda Transalp by ABC Motorcycles. Brian and his wife were just the very best. It was a tricky job which has been done perfectly. I was racing at Snetterton when disaster struck! i'd lost a top yoke nut on my old race bike (sv650 2000). i was clutching at straws looking for the part and was ringing everywhere looking for anything that fitted. most people didn't care or want to help. This guy though! what a guy! not only did he look for one but he found one, and took it off his own bike! Without this guy cannibalizing one of his own bikes for that nut i wouldn't have been to race a gain this weekend. So while i cant do much to support these guys business as i'm not local i must say the attitude these guys have is Really good. Definitely recommend.
