I have been looking for a bike for a long time. Which bike to go for, money often too tight to mention. On the off chance I rang Ian at Vertu Honda, what a thoroughly decent chap. I have been to a lot of dealerships, I looked to buy privately but the looking stopped. Ians knowledge, passion and understanding, along with his ability to listen, sold me this bike. Parting with hard earned cash always feels risky, I am delighted I took the risk and delighted with the bike. Many thanks Ian.

After a lot of researching I went to see the Honda XADV 750 at Honda bikes Lenton and was very impressed with the friendly help from the whole team and even Harry the bike technician gave me some incites into the machine. I returned after the offer of a test ride by Georgina and was blown away by the bike, Matt the sales manager worked some prices for me on the demo bike which i had rode and the deal was done :) The paperwork process was easy and smooth, and when i returned to collect the bike Georgina had everything ready, carried out a thorough handover of all my paperwork and the bike controls and i left a very happy customer. I have had a follow up from Georgina to make sure i was happy and i must say i am extremely happy with my purchase and experience .......... definitely recommend the team at Vertu and the XADV is amazing.

Decided I wanted to change my bike to a Honda CMX1100 Rebel and contacted a couple of dealers closest to me. It may have helped that I knew exactly what I wanted but the transaction could not have gone any smoother. We did everything over the phone or via e-mail. Brilliant service from start to finish when it came to buying my new bike from Vertu Honda. Damien Spence (sales) was brilliant to say the least, taking time to go through all of the options regarding finance, making sure that I was also comfortable with the bike I was looking to buy and when picking the bike up, even took time out to aid in setting up the engine modes etc before I left the showroom site. Hats off to the team at Vertu Honda Nottingham. They serviced my Crosstourer but unfortunately left it with a small oil leak, just as I was about to go to Wales for a few days. Amazing service, highly recommended. I purchased my Honda CBR650R via the telephone without going into the garage. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful and a real job to deal with. On receiving the bike I noticed that the toolkit was missing, one of the bolts that hold the seat and the number has a few bubbles. The issues were all resolved and items are being sent out. As the bike was used its not uncommon to have a few little niggles. Jamie the manager and his team are awesome if I were in the market for another Honda motorcycle, Jamie would be the first person I would call.

Nice dealership with really friendly helpful staff, definitely a step up from a lot of shops as they seem to have the best balance of helpful but not overbearing. I had a test ride spoke to Chris about a deal which was spot on and I pick my bike up next Wednesday. Oh and one last thing they don't charge a documentation fee which some dealers do and it's anywhere around a hundred pounds? Most of the time.

Chris in sales was extremely friendly from the initial phone call to the subsequent reception at the centre and negotiations. Even the follow up, days after collecting, was a nice touch. There were no issues at all, ordering, collection, registration all went swimmingly. Event the threat of a computer glitch interfering at one point was managed very effectively by Jamie the manager. Some guy saying that there was no atmosphere at Vertu Honda bikes is a tad hard to get my head round. Tell me a bike shop that's busy all the time!? Sounds to me like he doesn't want a Honda motorbike. A team full of good motivational people who know their product is what you get at Vertu Honda. Good display of all latest models along with a great used bike department. Its funny that every time I go for a ride I always tend to end up there along with many others. I suppose it must be the atmosphere.
