Nice dealership. Partner has bought two bikes from here. We always go upstairs for a coffee and a break. On this occasion I took a royal Enfield meteor 350cc for a test drive which I was pleasantly surprised at the handling. They are going to open a Royal Enfield unit close by with plans for a coffee shop. So definitely somewhere else to visit when I get my new bike.

Unfortunately that has been put on hold for April, however I had a really good chat with Russell, and we went through lots of other options for me. One of, if not thee best, main dealers I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Dealing with Dan in parts, Lisa in clothing, and Eric to name but a few is an absolute pleasure that I always look forward to. They’re all very friendly and a breath of fresh air compared to some I’ve had to put up with over the years. Incidentally I’ve been a tech in the trade for 37 years +. Only slight problem is I live 195 miles away, although nothings a bother at their end. A quick call for advice, or email to Dan and everything’s done and dusted, painlessly, professionally in minutes and whatever I order, wether large or small, normally arrives on my doorstep by DPD within a couple of days. Had I have been closer I could see myself dropping in regularly for coffee and a chat so they’re probably more than happy with the distance to save being sick of the sight of me. 😆 Nothings ever been a problem for Sycamore Motorrad hence why I constantly return. I’ve just stocked up on some bling for my winter projects and rest assured I’ll be back in touch soon. Thanks to all involved. 😉👍🏼

The entire team at Sycamores are very helpful. I have noted on my many visits that people come from quite far away to both, view / buy bikes and merchandise. That must say a lot about the company. You don't travel 70 or 80 miles if you are not impressed with the service. Luckily i am only around 6 miles from the dealer, so a drop in for coffee and a biscuit is a regular thing. I'm always made welcome, like an old friend. You never feel pushed into buying items or bombarded with sales talk. Give them a visit, its worth the effort, even if you are a few miles away.

It's a bit of a day trip to get to Sycamore and I don't look forward to it as finding the time isn't easy. That said every time I leave they have done the job neatly, professionally, without drama, helpfully noted a couple of points for my attention and endeavoured to keep costs as fair as possible. Bike feels better for going there. Like my mate says they know the range inside out as that's their daily bread and butter so you can't get people with more experience of the bikes they sell. That's been my experience. I'll be back next query arising or service whatever comes up first.

This is just a review on the parts dept as I bought my s1000rr k67 from manchester so this is a thank you to Dan on all the ilmberger carbon I've bought from him,not only has he the time to thumb thro the catalogue for me he always gives a fair price along with decent advice and an honest opinion on what I'm after buying,no messing on shipping it's always here in a few days as promised I'll be back on the phone again soon for more as the carbon fetish has well and truly kicked in.

Perfect service as always. Recently bought a 2019 S1000RR M Sport (unfortunately not from Sycamore) that had the usual ‘no neutral’ issue. Explained to Garry Evans who sorted it out with a 2 hour visit! Bike changed from ‘anoying’ to ‘a dream’ ! These guys really know how to look after customers and couldn’t recommend them highly enough both on sales and after care service - something generally lacking these days! Thanks again Rob Beere
