Plymouth Harley Davidson are by far the best dealership I have had the pleasure of buying bike and parts from. Staff are amazingly friendly. Always help and see to me asap when I call or go in. A+ from me that’s for sure.

Very friendly staff. They even checked the weather forecast for us! :-) Unfortunately, only a rather small selection of clothes. Especially for the ladies. And the dealer shirts were unfortunately also modest. Next to the shop there is a burger van where you can buy drinks and food. You can then eat in the HD shop.

Newbie rider popped in too see what was on offer as a Harleys always been the goal, staff very knowledgeable and helpful in showing me around the different bikes, was made to feel welcome with no pressure like some salesmen in other dealerships who are too pushy. There re always plenty of second hand and new bikes available in stock, or they can source that something special you may be looking for. As promised my dipstick dealership sticker turned up today which with the harley emblem finished that side of the bike off, was taken off by another approved dealership??????as I moved away a bit further, back to the harley after service I know after Covid, cheers to the fella who helped me out and dug one up as stopped making them been told, great service back soon 👍 Nightster Craig

The dealership has always been more than helpful, done great work on my 2017 883iron tweeking the style making the bike more personal and improved the riding position for me, a trusted regular mainteance service keeps the bike tiptop and safe, staff have always been more than helpful, and when I've made visit's to them, been made welcome, and made to feel at ease, go out of there way to offer me deals on off the shelf from there shop, so what are you all waiting for, even if you just pop in for a coffee and a natter gotta take a look at the fabulous Harley's on display, book a test ride today, You will not regret it! The staff are not as good as they could be, have not had a great experience in the past. OK if you need something and can't wait. Otherwise I would recommend Sykes Harvey in Sussex, bit further away from plymouth but they have THE best customer service and can't do enough for there customers.

Fantastic experience. I live 180 miles away and the whole thing was done by email and telephone. I wanted a new bike customised to my liking and having emailed several dealerships with my initial enquiry Plymouth HD were the only ones to show any serious interest. Kevin in Sales was a star, friendly, patient, helpful and accommodating, together with Luke in the workshop who put it all together. They even delivered it to my house, couldn’t have asked for more. Great service, thank you Plymouth HD. :-)
