Is only the second time bringing my bike here, they are totally professional and friendly. The waiting room is a condos place to relax and have a brew or you could sit outside on the bench overlooking the lake, they do a great job with the bike and its the only place I'd ever take it for any future tuning.

Having purchased a PC5 for my NUDA 900 I ended up with strange miss firing issues that left me concerned. However, having reached out to Dynojet they soon offered to have a look and try to work out what was going on. A credit to all the team from the ladies in reception Jackie and Zara (who responded back quickly & booked me in) to Frank & Richard who (despite being at the TT the week I got intouch) set out to figure out what was going on when when I visited. They spent a good amount of time at their HQ testing and looking into the issues. A few hours later Richard came over to explain what he thought was going on & they managed to get it sorted. Richard even adjusted a Throttle cable that was routed wrongly! Top Man! Both Frank and Richard took time out to correct an issue that may or may not have been the PC5's fault upon the initial contact, but the desire to help and put time in to check & give aftercare support needs to be applauded... From my experience the Team at Dynojet UK were excellent in handling the situation. Richard's patient approach and perseverance in trying to correct an issue along with Franks assistance and the customer support team in the office is assuring your in good hands.

Had my bike remapped, power commander and quickshifter fitted. Superb service! The team are super friendly and the building is pretty cool too. Was an enjoyable experience as I was able to ask questions and learn a bit about mapping as they did the bike. Bike runs much smoother, pulls better and they managed to really improve the mid and low end. Highly recommend!

Took my bike here for its custom mapping to be done (by Richard) the bike feels so much smoother and responsive now. Great bunch of guys and girls that are all very polite and helpful. Well what can I say I turned up yesterday dinner time I was nearly a hour early. Within the first 5minutes I had a brew in my hand and my bike was already being put on the dyno. When I left I simply fell in love with my bike again the difference is insane so I’d like to thank you all at Dynojet for what you do!! Brilliant customer service

Cracking people who Really know their stuff, last year I went to hilltop motorcycles and paid £360 to have ecu flashed, it seemed OK for about 2weeks, my tenere 1200 seemed as though it had gone back to normal, hilltop are very iffy in my opinion. I since fitted pc5 and visited dyno jet for custom map. I'm really happy, bikes up on power at back whell by 14bhp. Money well spent on pc5 and custom map, hindsights a wonderful thing and I wish ide gone to dyno jet in the first place. Nice staff, Very knowledgeable, free brew, nice waiting area,, I recommend them.

My experience of dynojet today was great, staff are helpful and welcoming. My bike had a faulty autotune module,I found the technicians thorough in there work and were quick to diagnose and fix the issue. Thanks guys

Dynojet UK installed a Dynojet Power Commander V and ignition Module yesterday followed by a custom Dyno by Richard (top bloke) yesterday, my bike feels much nice to ride and a lot more powerful throughout the rev range, all the staff were really nice and made the brews and there was a nice area to sit with TV, bike magazines and lovely views - Highly recommend.
